βOllie's is one of those stores that's always an adventure. Everyone knows that some days you'll walk out with unbelievable bargains, and other days you'll find closeout or older products at prices that are still much cheaper than anywhere else.
The employees may not look like your typical polished retail staff, but they've always been genuinely kind, friendly, and willing to help—that goes a long way.
The best part is the treasure hunt. On any random day, you can walk in and find products you can't find anywhere else in town, often for a fraction of the price. If you don't mind digging for deals, Ollie's is definitely worth stopping by. You never know what you'll find!β
βOut of all the dollar trees I have been too here. This has the nicest staff (at least at night, when I usually go). Always ready to help, store organized and clean. The current management does a good job to create an easy shopping experience for the customers. Really a good dollar tree.β

βReally impressed with this branch of Dollar Tree. They are well stocked, organized, clean and the employees are helpful and friendly. There are 3 branches relatively close to where I work and I have visited them all, by far this one is the best. They also have assorted balloons already pre-filled so if you are in a rush needing balloons, this is the place to go.β

Moving on, the Dollar Tree in Lillian, AL is the best I have ever seen! It puts the one near my house to shame. I'm not sure what everyone is getting paid at that location but raises and promotions for everyone should be in order! That store was super clean, organized, and stocked. The staff was nice. They had lots to choose from. The selection was so large and nice, I kept forgetting I was at the Dollar Tree!
I just wanted to brag on that store and everyone that works there. I hope upper management will see what gems they have and do you are right!β
βI went to the Dollar General at 8105 Scenic Highway in Pensacola and Iβve got to tell you it is the cleanest Dollar General I have ever seen! Everything is where it should be. The shelves are nice and neat. Thereβs not a bunch of junk in the middle of the aisles. It was just amazing!β

βI visited the Davis highway location the other day after not shopping there for a while. I would just like to say I really enjoyed it. It was fun searching through and seeing what little treasures I could find. I ended up going on a Thursday so the prices were great too! Even though it was one of the lower price days, there was still a really good selection of nice products. I recommend checking it out 😁 You never know what you are going to find!β
βStore at the corner of Fairfield Drive in S St. New store. Great when they first opened. Inside and outside kept up nice and friendly staff. Staff is still nice. However it looks like a trash heap outside all the time. Trash in the parking lot. trash behind the building completely unsatisfactory at this point. Manager, get it right.Update five days later.Still looks like a garbage dump outback and in the surrounding grassy areas. Come on yβall thereβs no way you canβt see it.another update. A week or so ago they cleaned it up good job yβall. Couple days later I saw a person outside with a trash bag and a pick up stick getting all the trash from the landscaping. Looks like youβre gonna be a good neighbor after all.And now youβre starting to pile cardboard boxes out back again you canβt walk another 25 feet and put it in the garbage bin where it belongs? βFrom the view of a snowbird with experience visiting Dollar general stores from Maine to Texas. This store has forced me to reevaluate my previous view of Dollar general. The stores in Maine could use this store as a template. To corporate leadership, I would say PLEASE let your store invest more in personnel. It would drastically increase your sales and make you a serious competitor to the big stores such as target and Walmart. I would love to make this store my sole supply sourceβ
βLOVE! Cute little DG right off Gulf beach highway on the way to the Beach! This location is a free standing building with a yuge parking lot right off GBH easy in & out with excellent service! The ladies that work here greeted us upon arrival, were very professional, chatty & upbeat, checked us out smiles all around. Love happy people that enjoy their workday. :)) Very nice DG & it was packed to the gills with inventory, lots of beachy stuff, floats, chairs, tikis, BBQ goodies, pool noodles which is exactly what we were looking for! We found the MEGA pool noodles, some floats, and tons of snacks for the beach. They have an enormous food section with beer & wine! Hubby even found something for our kitties! haha. We both agreed this was a great stop for the beach! Will return! Highly recommend!β
βA nice size store compared to most Dollar Trees. Isles are a little close but not crowded with stuff in your way. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Store was clean. Plenty of parkingβ
βGood selection. Not as much fun to shop here anymore. I used to go nuts when wvwrything eas $1.00! Especially frustrating to know what the prices are now that they've changed them all. And they've moved more expensive stuff all over the store, not just on the $5 aisle, which now goes way above $5!β
βA good location. It's clean, it's organized, the workers know where things are. Great for kids stuff like party supplies, helium balloons, cheap toys, arts and crafts. I like to keep a few surprise goodies for when I want to entertain my kids at restaurants or something and they deliver. Just got a whole tea set for $5. They also have random things cheaper like a roll of twine (for moving) about $5 cheaper than target. The only thing out of stock was maybe the cleaning supplies. Really wanted not to over pay for a mop head but they were out. Keep up the good work!β

βMy family and I visited Florida and left behind some essential things. And stopped here to grab some items. Being already stressed entering the store we were greated politely. βLook is what it is is the Dollar general I went in for an ATM but they didn't have an ATM but they did let me purchase a couple sodas and full 40 bucks off my card which I was good for you know his own power of your own cash lol but yeah it was okay I mean it's kind of in the busy area of mixed Urban environment but nice service and the girl's name was Nicole and she was wonderfully pleasantβ
βAvoid the Fairfield location. The Davis location is fantastic. Cheapest place in town for flooring (tile, vinyl, laminate), painting supplies, faucets and door handles. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Make sure to have plenty of time to look around, you never know what fantastic bargains you just might find.β
βAfter having issues with the other dollar tree I went to this one to complain and ask if that manager would alert her district manager. She was extremely sweet and was going totally above and beyond. She wanted to buy the items the dollar tree manager refused to fix....but I was not about to let her do that. This dollar tree will get all my business from now on.β
βI went to this Family Dollar.yesterday on a mission in search of those colorful mushroom solar lights. I cleaned yall out of them; for they are so cute! I had the best shopping experience because of Devin. He's such a pleasant, conversational person. He's also very helpful when i had a question about the sales going on in the pet isle. Ill be coming back to shop at this particular Family Dollar because of Devin. The store was pretty clean and very well stocked.and I love the Buy One Get One Free sale going on with the colorful lawn mushrooms and with all of the other gardening items. Great store and yall need to hire more Devins!β
βStopped in with my husband for some last minute items for Thanksgiving, and Quincy, the associate working there, de-escalated a situation with a customer who was yelling and acting hostile toward the employees. Quincy deserves a raise and handled the situation beautifully. Happy Thanksgiving!β
βI just wanted to give a good note. I came here this morning to get myself some breakfast. I took a second to look around and the cashier, Lisa, was very helpful. She was very kind. There was a family in line ahead of me, and she was very good with the children. You don't really see that these days with everyone on their phones!β
βYou can find some great deals on home goods, bedding, rugs, kitchen items, socks, underwear. Shoe and clothing selection is not great if you are used to Ross and TJ Maxx quality for women but you can find some stuff for men and women, very small selection for age 12 and under.
I found great deals on school supplies for my kids and they have a small food section also.
Up front I found a decent lipstick for $0.50
It's worth a stop and is not too busy except on weekends.
Staff is pleasant and friendly.

Local feel and convenience with big box value. 60% of their products are not from China, so I still shop for other items, although I have a 20% - 35% better chance of finding products that support US jobs and our economy than mass market outlets.β
