“I was attempting to adjust a door closing mechanism where I work. The mechanism is about 56 years old. After many attempts to find information online, I reached out to Architectural Builders Supply. After sending some photos, Richard got back to me and encouraged me to call back for an explanation of how to adjust the closing mechanism. His expanation was patient and thourough and I was able to adjust the door in under a minute--a very pleasant converstion indeed! It was obvious from the outset that Richard and Architectural Builders Supply were primarily concerned with helping me fix my existing door rather than making a sale. I know who I will contact in the future for any fixtures replacments I need to make. 10 STARS!”

“Jose really went above and beyond. I needed to replace a nut that fell out of a folding saw. It was not standard as it was for this tool. The size nut that was called for wouldn’t fit in the space on tool. I thought I was out of luck but Jose made a small adjustment and got my tool working. I don’t think I’d get this help at any other store!! Go to Sunshine Ace in Golden Gate!”

“I have to tell you I have high standards, and ordering a washer and dryer online can be sketchy. I decided to take a chance, looked at the reviews, and I ordered a washer and dryer that consumer reports rated excellent. I thought for sure Lowe's would not have the set and color I wanted, but it said they did online, so I ordered it. Then I went through the prompts, ordered the washer and dryer, got a nice discount, and 1 year interest free financing. It was easy peasy- I thought delivery would be days, no sir! The very next day 9am the boys roll up, put the washer and dryer in and took my old units at no charge. I am speechless. This was the quickest, easiest, hassle free purchase ever! I'm still like what the heck just happened? Got to give it to Lowes, making a washer and dryer purchase on line was a breeze!”
