“I had a pretty rough onboarding experience with T-Mobile, and honestly, I almost walked away with a very negative impression. There were issues with pricing discrepancies, setup challenges, and a lack of support during activation that left me without a working phone at a critical moment. It was frustrating, to say the least.
That said, everything turned around when I went back to the store and worked with Mitchell.
Mitchell completely changed my experience. He took the time to listen, understand what happened, and walk me through everything in a calm, professional, and knowledgeable way. He didn’t rush the conversation and genuinely cared about making sure I felt informed and taken care of. What stood out most was his ability to explain how things work behind the scenes with carriers - it gave me clarity and confidence that I didn’t have before.
Even though I ultimately decided to return the phones and go in a different direction, Mitchell made me feel much better about the entire experience. He is a true professional and a huge asset to T-Mobile.

“House of High Fidelity is a record store located close to Downtown Naples. They feature primarily very vintage records, (so rarely any from the 2000’s.) They also sell a lot of audio equipment, with some of it being on sale. It’s quite a unique vibe, featuring corridors and a whole repair shop. I unfortunately didn’t find anything I personally enjoy, however this may not be the case for the average person. Overall, if you are in the maker for (primarily vintage/used records) then this may be the place for you.”

“The Target at Tarpon Bay looks modern and makes a good first impression overall. The store itself feels updated and well laid out.
Unfortunately, the clothing department was quite messy during my visit. Many items were scattered or out of place, and it seemed like the staff couldn’t keep up with reorganizing the area. I understand that customers often cause a lot of the disorder, but the section felt understaffed. I also noticed some new clothing items that were visibly dirty, which was disappointing.
I hope this improves, as the store itself has a lot of potential.”
