“I purchased 4 GE Appliances at Bill Smith Appliances last week. The refrigerator, range, dishwasher, and microwave got delivered and installed. The freezer portion of the fridge was not working. They came back the next day and removed the inoperable fridge and replaced it with a brand new one. They also wrote me a check for $100 for the lost food in my freezer. I spoke with Phil Irish from Bill Smith Appliances. The customer service was phenomenal. I could not have asked for a more outstanding experience with such a large purchase.
