The decision was made easier by the staff and their exemplary customer service at the Coastland Center. The manager, A.J. leads by example. Each time I have gone in, he is on the floor, with the rest of his team assisting customers with his pleasant can-do attitude. For those who would like a true concierge experience, one only needs to work with an associate named Quashaun. Tech savvy, and very patient, he knows his products and services and will go out of his way to make sure you leave 100% satisfied. “Friendly and answered my questions, I was trying to sell my 360 XXBox slim and The young man who I spoke to was very honest, he told me what they could offer which was way less than what it was worth, but when I spoke to him about selling online he agreed that The price I was trying to get was definitely worth what I was asking for, I appreciate his honesty... there was good prices on the games there which I browsed while in the store”
