My husband went to this bank to cash a check from a customer. They said the signature on the check didn't match and asked if my husband filled it out himself. i.e Did you steal this check and sign it yourself. Shame on this teller and the management of this bank!!!

I have been charge monthly fee , every time I call , the agent said I am sorry, we can not credit it back and next month will not charge it again, then, next month they charge me again, horrible service, very rude on the phone , never bank with BOA. Again , never !
