The waits here are way too long to see one of the people in charge of accounts. I don't mind waiting a few minutes but this place is super slow! I don't know why they don't give u an appointment option? If they do, nobody has said anything.

Go to Bank of America. This bank has too many issues. Customer service is the worst

You never know if the drive thru is going to be open or the lobby. It's hit or miss. The manager is never there and everything has to go through her. If I need to speak to someone I usually go to the Marco Island branch, because you know there will be someone there to help you.
