I was practically recruiting from one place to another like I was casting the next top model of the canine world. Wait times? Don’t even get me started. We’re talking weeks on end, just to be told, “We can squeeze you in… in four Tuesdays from now.”
And then came The Incident—one groomer (who shall not be named) returned my sweet, innocent Shih Tzu looking like a schnauzer. A schnauzer! I nearly fainted. Lily gave me side-eye for a week. It was a dark time.
But just when I was about to give up hope, cue heavenly choir music—I found Allie from Pawsitively Polished.
Allie is nothing short of a miracle worker. She’s warm, professional, genuinely sweet, and (most importantly) ridiculously talented with those scissors. From the moment she met Lily, it was clear: this was our person. Lily actually prances in like she’s arriving at the spa. The trust is real.
Allie is my gem, and Lily loves her with her whole furry heart. After every session, Lily comes out looking like she just stepped off a glossy doggy magazine cover.
She’s not just a groomer—she’s a fairy godmother with a blow dryer. She’s definitely a keeper.
Thank you, Allie, for restoring Lily’s dignity and my sanity. We adore you!

Upon arrival in Naples, we made the call to Olde Naples Animal Wellness Center. We were seen immediately, Zoe had surgery to remove her toenail and was ready to pick up by end of day!
We have been so happy with the entire experience. From the initial call, to the exam with the vet, to surgery and back home with us!

She completely exceeded my expectations as I have had ‘ill tempered’ doctor experiences in the past. I would highly recommend this clinic for pets’ eye disorders!

2311 4th Ave NE, NaplesWe were at a loss after adopting a dog from DAS. We brought home a new dog Obie to add to our pack. His behaviors were getting more extreme every day. After a few months of Obie constantly barking at the other dogs and not getting along with our other dogs. We felt defeated! We were playing the dog shuffle in our house so we wouldn’t have a dog fight! It was out of control. We knew if we tried to find another home for Obie it would set him back or even cause him to be brought back to DAS. He was there for 6 months before we got him. Adam was recommend by someone we know. Adam was very thorough with talking with us about dog behaviors. He understood what we were going through. We decided to send Obie to Off The Leash Academy. It was a hard thing to do emotionally. Adam allowed us to come weekly and he worked with us and Obie. Each week we went back we could see the bond he had with Adam and his obedience was improving. We received picture and updates when Obie started playing with other dogs. This gave us such joy and hope. Obie has been home with us for 6 weeks now. He is doing amazing! If we need any help with Obie, Adam is only a call away .

I always add protein and I can’t even taste it! They also blend them so smooth with the perfect amount of creamy-ness! Can’t recommend enough!
