Our dog was in and out in under two hours. It's easy to get to and has plenty of parking. They allow the dogs to roam around the grooming room and play together while they wait to be picked up. Yes, there is plenty of supervision. However, if you want your pet to wait for you in a cage, they will honor this request. Our dog left there happy and looks forward to going back. Very reasonable pricing too!

We are in love with her, and very happy to have her as our new mobile groomer. She’s also Pet CPR & First Aid trained with over 19 years of experience, and it really shows. She is amazing. It’s an all female staff, which is great for our puppy because she’s a little bit afraid of men. Everyone was so nice and sweet and gentle with her. The price was very reasonable. The weait was not long at all for our appointment. I would definitely recommend this Animal Hospital to anybody with pets.

I really wish I would’ve brung him there the first time !! But they did everything to help him !! We need more vets that aren’t in it for the money but in it because they love animals and I can tell Brandi is one of those great vets ! Thank you for everything !

They got our dog Spayed efficiently and with minimum scarring. You can barely tell where the surgery took place. The recovery and the follow up were also very satisfactory. They truly and deeply care, and we are grateful that we found this place for training and boarding. We learned so much about ourselves and the things we unintentionally did “wrong”. We learned to better read our Mal’s body language and how to communicate better with him. He was never the problem, it was our lack of proper communication with him. Rusty, Dee and Sue taught us this with rewarding the wanted behavior only and becoming consistent. You need to be willing to take accountability for doing things the wrong way or being lazy when it comes to train with your dog every day at home, even when you had a long day at work and you’re tired. They just teach you how to do it but the “doing it” part is your responsibility. Your relationship to your dog is only as good as how much you invest in it time and energy wise. Also, your dog reacts to your energy, so be mindful what you radiate when you train your dog. They need a confident leader to follow you. It is so easy to blame your trainer and/or your dog…but the truth is that you as the owner have to put consistent work in. Every day and day by day. We love Southwest Florida K9 Services and we respect them as the knowledgeable and experienced trainers they are. And so does our dog! He loves going there. We highly recommend this place to anyone!!

The food and service is great and the new music format for the national acts is fantastic! This gives a very intimate and personal setting to sit and listen to some great music with a price point you can’t beat for the tickets. I personally hope this continues…Southwest Florida’s own little Bluebird Cafe on the water!

18011 Old Bayshore Rd, North Fort MyersWe were so impressed with Animal Refuge Center! We met volunteers at multiple events they held and they were helpful and calm and were great with the dogs. Once we applied for one we fell for (now Scottie), Michelle helped navigate the process with ease. We had a meet and greet with our current dog and they were diligent in ensuring we would be a good fit and had the means to make this a lifetime adoption. You can tell they really care and protect the life of the animals and we really appreciate that. We are so thankful for ARC!
