If I could give them a 10 they would have absolutely earned it! My hound rescue, Netty has been through a lot and most groomers wouldn't even attempt to bath her given her history and deep fear of water. But Kelly and her assistant succeeded because of their patient and kindness. It was wonderful to see Netty so content and happy when I picked her up. She doesn't do crates so she was allowed to simply follow Kelly and assistant around in a very comfortable environment. Their empathy and flexibility meant the world to my husband and me. Not a fancy place but the love there is better than any fancy place in this town. So please give them a try and you'll be happy with their great service!

Upon arrival in Naples, we made the call to Olde Naples Animal Wellness Center. We were seen immediately, Zoe had surgery to remove her toenail and was ready to pick up by end of day!

I can tell you, from first hand experience, that I’ve tried other Board and Trains. Sit Means Sit was who I used prior to him. They didn’t even come CLOSE to helping as much as my short time spent with Adam and his incredibly supportive wife. I knew as soon as I spoke to him that he was all in and genuinely concerned about my dog’s aggressive behavior and realistic with what I wanted and how he’d approach fixing what wasn’t working. Giving our close proximity to neighbors in the world of Naples he just ‘gets it’. Adam didn’t treat him like all dogs are the same. Adam examined the behavior, learned my dog’s flaws, and went to work without rushing any of it. My dog recently came home, and I feel like he’s training me. Hands down, best investment you can make to strengthen your bond with the animal you love. I plan on a long term relationship here and couldn’t feel more relieved to have the knowledge he’s full of! Don’t second guess this, I’m extremely happy and hard to please.
