He suffers from high anxiety but he was not traumatized during this visit and they were efficient and called as soon as he was done so he wasn’t there too long. Excellent job by their groomers. The only consideration I would ask is whether it would be easier to have a payment station inside the grooming area where you can pay and not have to go outside in the general store to stand in line. Other than that a great experience.

If I could give them a 10 they would have absolutely earned it! My hound rescue, Netty has been through a lot and most groomers wouldn't even attempt to bath her given her history and deep fear of water. But Kelly and her assistant succeeded because of their patient and kindness. It was wonderful to see Netty so content and happy when I picked her up. She doesn't do crates so she was allowed to simply follow Kelly and assistant around in a very comfortable environment. Their empathy and flexibility meant the world to my husband and me. Not a fancy place but the love there is better than any fancy place in this town. So please give them a try and you'll be happy with their great service!

The convenience of a mobile veterinary service is just huge! And Dr. West showed me the facilities inside the van, and explained exactly what Zoey would be getting done. There are no hidden costs- the bill is itemized and Rob explained what each charge was for. The charges weren’t astronomical but reasonable for what Zoey had to have done including blood work, cleaning, anesthesia, antibiotics, and pain medication. I am so happy to have discovered such a wonderful Veterinarian team and will continue to utilize their services!

A little less than a year after moving to Naples our big boy developed cancer. He had already been up to date with our previous vet, so I dont even think he'd had 1 visit. He passed away on his own terms the day before he was scheduled to be euthanized. They were so accommodating helping us with the grieving process and cremation at the last minute, so we decided that our future rescues would be in good hands at SPAH and we've been happy to have them around for all of our vet care needs!

Upon arrival in Naples, we made the call to Olde Naples Animal Wellness Center. We were seen immediately, Zoe had surgery to remove her toenail and was ready to pick up by end of day!
We have been so happy with the entire experience. From the initial call, to the exam with the vet, to surgery and back home with us!

They really listened to how we wanted our dogs groomed and when we picked them up, they looked amazing. I was able to see our rough coats eyes. She always gets really shaggy. I can tell you, from first hand experience, that I’ve tried other Board and Trains. Sit Means Sit was who I used prior to him. They didn’t even come CLOSE to helping as much as my short time spent with Adam and his incredibly supportive wife. I knew as soon as I spoke to him that he was all in and genuinely concerned about my dog’s aggressive behavior and realistic with what I wanted and how he’d approach fixing what wasn’t working. Giving our close proximity to neighbors in the world of Naples he just ‘gets it’. Adam didn’t treat him like all dogs are the same. Adam examined the behavior, learned my dog’s flaws, and went to work without rushing any of it. My dog recently came home, and I feel like he’s training me. Hands down, best investment you can make to strengthen your bond with the animal you love. I plan on a long term relationship here and couldn’t feel more relieved to have the knowledge he’s full of! Don’t second guess this, I’m extremely happy and hard to please.

2349 Vanderbilt Beach Rd #520, Naplesi’ve been going here since it opened. it’s the best poke place in naples. hands down. this is a pic of my most recent large bowl, and it was delicious. it was basically two portions or poke in one. i also love that you have unlimited sauces and crunchy toppings. they’re one of the only places that offers krab meat which is nice bc i love to mix it in with the salmon and tuna. really amazing place.
