When it was time to transfer the contract to a smaller unit they made it very easy. My son reports the same friendly help when he recently needed their guidance. The units are clean and easily accessible. With all the choices for storage rentals this decision was the best.”

“Clean and well run facility. The store manager, Adam, was available to answer questions. Having a storage unit with helpful onsite staff is not a given in this market.
I had a unit at GoStoreIt a few miles away and found the customer service team at the call center who knows where actually knew very little about the facility and were mostly interested in booking the reservation.

Offered free (gently used) boxes to help our packing needs, visit to the homes to understand our move, professional estimate, tour of storage facility. Phase 1 move day we had two very professional movers who were knowledgeable of our needs. Will request them again. Our review includes a high recommendation. Move in day for some of our furniture went off without a hitch. Well one minor hitch, however they brought another truck in to return items back to storage that we couldn't take yet, the last phase. We have been very pleased with our service, their teams etc.

They were terrific, professional. courteous, and willing to help us out in every way possible. I recommend them highly and I will use their services again. The people that work in the office here are among the nicest and most professional people I have ever dealt with at a place like this. Unfortunately due to distance I am having to move to another place and I just hope that the security and care is somewhere near the level I had here. This facility has about 7 buildings on the property and the staff is so helpful with anything you ever need or want. I definitely recommend and endorse bringing your business to them. “Excellent, clean establishment. Customer service representatives are very helpful. My complaint is that The storage facility in east naples has an elevator that is sideways, and would likely be impossible for a lot of people to utilize, making the second floor obsolete.”
“I want to commend SmartStop Self Storage on 7755 Preserve Ln. in Naples, Florida. They are doing a very good job maintaining their facility with a new paint job on the outside. But more than that their staff is outstanding. Laina , in particular, has a wonderful sense of ownership in the facility, cares deeply about the employees she works with, and is always there to kindly serve her customers.”

“Cool-Binz exceeded our expectations. We needed temporary storage, as we were raising our sheds in preparation for hurricane season. We called several vendors trying to rent a container that would fit our needs. On a whim, we stopped by Cool-Binz and got a quote. To our surprise, it was lower than non-climate controlled units.
We signed all of the paperwork and they delivered the container on time. We needed to have them place the container in an area that has a slope, which we thought might be an issue, it wasn't for them. They simply pulled out large pieces of dunnage and leveled the container.
The team at Cool-Binz was great and we will use them again, should the need arise.”

“They need to fix the entryway on Bldg A. The pavement and walkway have so many ridges it is extremely frustrating with a dolly with boxes and tubs, you must push so hard ro get over that mess, the tubs tip over just trying to get over the bumps into the building !!! This really needs to be fixed.
Also, I understand not having a big trash recptacle but you could at least have a small trash for our drink cups/cans ? It would be considerate for your customers.
I have had encounters with 3 gentlemen thus far, all of them professional and pleasant. I just moved in last night and hopefully Midguard will be a good choice.”
