“I visited this location and immediately was greeted by Mario. . I told her i had recently called about complimentary battery test/charging. She told me to bring the batteries which i did. She tested the batteries and advised me that some were either dead(and possibly chargeable or dead and needed replacement). She went ahead and still charged them up.All in all, I am very grateful for Maria's exemplary and legendary customer service skills. She went above and beyond to try to get me out of a pickle.
