They’re lousy employees there but they took care of me at this place. I’m not gonna say exactly what it was cause I’m not a kind of person that takes advantage of anybody or any store. “I bought a wheel online to replace one I had that was cracked in multiple spots and I called after making the order to be sure everything was in order and bryan took the time to make sure everything was in order. Turns out they didn't have the wheel I needed so he took even more time to be sure I got the next best thing so I was left empty handed wondering what I was gonna do. “Someone hit the front of my new car on the drivers side and took off. There was a small dent in the right fender and what i thought were scatches. I have t a big deductable so I wasn't going to report it to my insurance. I took it to A Auto Tech and first of all the receptionist couldn't haelp me fast enough, when the technician looked at my car, he didn't sttart elling me what they needed to do or how much it was going to cost. He told me to wait inside and he'd be right with me. He buffed out what I thought were sctatches and opened my hood and popped out the dent. Seriously there was one tiny scratch left and he told me how I could fix it. There was no charge for what he did. I had no idea of what it would take to fix my new car andd was willing to do and pay what they said. My point is they are honest and trustworthy. If I ever do have a need for autobody work, I will go there and will recommend them to all my friends”

“I don’t even know where to begin this review.
One of our drivers wrecked into a bridge or low hanging structure it ripped half of the roof off the box we are based in Maryland and had no way of getting the truck back to our shop for repair repairs. I called this repair shop and I was at their mercy. They could’ve charged $1 million they could have made me wait multiple weeks before they got to it. They basically had me by the Cajones. I was fully prepared to be bent over and taken advantage of like every other Auto Body Shop does.
By some magical mystical force of nature, the employees of this Body Shop care deeply about the client, success and have deep compassion. They fixed my vehicle up enough for us to make the return trip and keep all of our products inside Dry. They charged me less than it cost to change your oil on a big rig truck And they got me serviced within three hours of my phone call.
There may not be real life superheroes like Iron Man, Superman, or Spider-Man
But there are real superheroes and real life and they work here.”

Adolf was amazing gave me every information on my car I have an old model bmw 5 series wagon and they were able to perfectly work on older models. A tow truck came to pick up my car from my home with no charge and as soon as it got to the shop wasted no time in inspecting and working on my car. Any questions or concerns I had was answered perfectly by Adolf, I’m super happy my old gem is able to be back on the road.”

“I read Marcels reviews back in October, debating to get my 2000 Toyota Tundra repainted, as the paint was peeling off from 10 years ago. I never followed through, which was a good thing. On January 28th I was involved in an accident and remembered Marcels number in my contacts. I drove straight to their shop from the accident. The entire fix was quite a bit longer than quoted, but I am completely satisfied with the repairs/paint job. Ana is a super asset, with responding immediately with my issues. The truck is home to all of my beach supplies and we had a time finding everything after the job was completed. Thankfully, they found EVERYTHING, which I am most grateful. I know that keeping track of all my belongings was probably something that they never experienced. Lol. They took great care of the truck and repairing everything, plus extras. Their work is superb and the personal touches are truly appreciated. A huge thank you to Ana, Marcel and their staff.
