“This Ikea was pretty crowded (Monday, MLK day, around 1pm) when my wife and I visited, so be prepared to wear your mask and mind your social distancing. Upon entering, the bathrooms are easily accessible on the right hand side of the entrance/lobby, so it's convenient if you already need to go after a long road trip :) My wife said the ladies' room was clean and no lines to wait for a stall. The family restroom (a lockable private bathroom) where I went was fairly clean as well.
Overall, lots of furniture and kitchen displays to try out and enjoy. We observed plenty of interior design tips and color pairings that we wanted to try out in our own living space. We had a lot of fun even if we had to avoid the more crowded spots. They didn't have the couch we were interested in, but the furniture clerk, Michele, was very helpful in attempting to find it and explain which warehouse might have it. Of course, check online. Michele also showed us a mind-boggling shortcut to the furniture pickup area from the sofa display room that was definitely not on the map...TARDIS moment right there ?
The chair we were looking for in the furniture pick-up aisles was not in the designated spot where Michele gave us a printout for, but we were able to locate it with the help of an untagged Ikea inventory manager (it was a few aisles down in the center where the sales items were).
Sidenote: The parking lot can get super hectic. While we were shopping, our car got scratched on a rear plastic side panel. It could've been anybody since the vehicle we were parked next to when we first arrived was not the same one as when we came back from shopping and when we noticed the scratch, we were finishing up loading the car. The parking lot is not designed to fit all sizes of vehicles and parking spaces should be wider to accommodate the more common trucks, SUVs, and minivans that are on the road nowadays.
We probably will not come back again until the parking situation changes and bathrooms are cleaned more often in between customers. Aside from that, if you just want to see the furniture that you're planning to buy online from Ikea.com, this is a good place to check it out.”

“Went to one of the many available national chain mattress stores and felt like I was at a car dealership. Came across Richard's Mattress on Atlantic and was surprised to find it was a locally-owned store and been in business for over 40 years, being the first mattress store in the beaches area. I was welcomed immediately and made to feel at home with no pressure to buy. Mr. Richard is very knowledgeable about his line of mattresses and I happily made my purchase. Mattress arrived and did not disappoint. Delivery went without any problems, the crew was professional, and included setup. Dont let the young lady that assisted with the delivery fool you. She is stronger than she looks!!In short, if you're looking for a high quality, American-made mattress without the sales pressure of a chain store, buy local from Mr. Richard.”

“I would like to address the young couple, Ms. Olivia Smith and husband, who had such a negative reaction to Bali Cargo Company this morning. Ma'am, I have known Kim and her employees, as well as knowing about her store for over ten years. During that time Kim has been nothing but professional and run a business with a unique international flavor. Being her products come from Bali, I'm sure you and your husband understand the intricacies of pricing for a profit, while still remaining competitive. As for Kim's dressing room, yes, it's smaller than an airliner bathroom. Had I been in the store when your husband was attempting to enter the dressing room with you, I would have at a minimum raised an eyebrow, and most likely would have pointed out that two people wouldn't fit. A simple solution could have been for husband to wait outside the dressing room, then be able to reach in to assist in tieing your dress. More room for you, no chance of inappropriate actions or questions, plus your husband would be available to go check for other dresses for you. Ya'll have a blessed weekend.”
