“EXCEPTIONAL customer service from everyone who works there and recently - Nick. Amazing storage facility with top of the line security and indoor units. I had many items, including antiques and crystal items, as well as clothing and furniture for 7 months and everything was in pristine condition. No dust, no bugs, no weather damage - simply perfection. I could not recommend this storage facility location more to everyone and will use again if needed. I’ve already referred 2 very happy customers as well. I’ve traveled the world for work for 4-6 months at a time and moved across the country 30+ times utilizing many poor to great storage unit facilities and this one is simply out of the league exceptional in every way from start to finish.I was even able to book the storage unit from California on the phone and had a family member store my belongings that were being held by my father in Florida until I moved back to Jacksonville and they made it so simple and easy to do and even corresponded via text to help me set it all up, WITH follow up confirmation calls. “This particular location always helps me this store Always answers the phone Always helps me Always answers all my Questions This particular location always helps me I have another storage at another store and they never answer the phone and they are never helpful don't ever want to help me always look at me like an inconvenience this store Always answers the phone Always helps me Always answers all my Questions and I went to my other storage to pay and I saw that my other storage the lady that Run that store got employee of the month and if You ask me She does not deserve that She never do nothing that looks to me that is worthy of such recognition and I have been with both stores for a long time I really believe that someone else deserves something like that more that has put more hard work into it. This makes me so mad I want to call corporate myself I never get help from this store they always dismiss me is the lim Turner location Beach boulevard is the best in my opinion they always do everything in their power to do anything and everything they need to do to make sure they help anyone I've seen it with my own eyes every time I come there or every time I call they always ask me if I need anything just ask at least they answer the phone and I always feel safe and I know my things are in the right place I need to move all my storage this way I'm tired of seeing lim turner do this to me and I have friends who say the same thing make me sick to see such negligence for work :(”
