“Good management, great employees. They take great care of the complex. It's a beautiful complex tucked next to a nature preserve, I can walk to the hospital and shopping. The bike trail is just steps away. It really is a beautiful place. I would have given it a five star but I, and many other residents , have not been able to see out of our windows for several years now.”

“After living in a so-called “ luxury” apartment complex, we are delighted with the apartment at OKRiverside. The quality of the building, fixtures, and interior finishes is superior. Feels like a home rather than a “motel 6” apartment. And there’s outside space for plants and decor too! Maintenance is great - garbage is emptied daily.And there’s a diy car wash too!”
