I was present during this interaction as I was checking my mailbox and at no time was the manager or staff at fault.
The customer became upset only after being informed of the $2.00 service fee for what appeared to be an oversized package. At that point, he began using inappropriate language and making threats toward the staff. The manager and staff remained calm, respectful, and professional throughout the entire exchange. Before leaving, the customer stated that he would be posting a negative review, and the manager simply provided his name when requested.
Based on what I witnessed, the staff handled a difficult situation with patience and professionalism. I believe it's important for others to know that this review does not reflect the full story.”
“Long overdue review. These people are amazing. I own AD Business Development Solutions. I had a client who needed work done for a funeral. As they waited till the 2 days before they decided on the proofs. This business took care of my business. They were professional provided options, and saved me 2 hours of Folding! I actually found them to be underpriced if that is a thing with consumers. The quality was awesome and they hit my deadline and beat it! I can't say enough. Thank you again!”
