“They are the very best always helpful and kind have been dealing with them for years never ever ever had a complaint. I appreciate all there help thank you so much.”
“As a customer who witnessed this interaction firsthand, I feel the previous review does not accurately reflect what occurred.
I was present during this interaction as I was checking my mailbox and at no time was the manager or staff at fault.
The customer became upset only after being informed of the $2.00 service fee for what appeared to be an oversized package. At that point, he began using inappropriate language and making threats toward the staff. The manager and staff remained calm, respectful, and professional throughout the entire exchange. Before leaving, the customer stated that he would be posting a negative review, and the manager simply provided his name when requested.
Based on what I witnessed, the staff handled a difficult situation with patience and professionalism. I believe it's important for others to know that this review does not reflect the full story.”
“They helped me get my code from spectrum so I could return my replacement phone back to them. They were very patient and kind and they went above and beyond to help me get my phone returned! Thank you ?”
“I was returning a package, I was a little confused about what to do, the lady that helped me Deasa was very helpful. She walked me through the process and everything went well. Deasa was very helpful. I recommend UPS for any and all shipping needs.”
“Once I found it lol it was smooth sailing... it's inside Walmart in a caged area marked fed-ex. It's an actual fed-ex facility as I had a package to mail and I wasn't able to mail it from the one's located in Walgreens. The lady working that day was amazing and I highly recommend visiting this place for ALL your Fed-Ex and shopping needs.”

“Great folks here! So helpful. I travel a LOT for work. They're willing to hold my packages for months, until I return AND they send my mail to wherever I happen to land. Couldn't be more pleased. Thanks!”
