“I’ve gone to Sephora a few times, and Melanie has helped me every single visit. She’s always welcoming, patient, and willing to answer any questions I have about products.
I recently asked her about my hair shedding, and she took the time to explain what might help and why. She didn’t judge me at all even though my hair looked like I had been electrocuted, and she made me feel comfortable. I bought the products she recommended, and I love them. Melanie truly goes above and beyond.”
“Stopped by this morning to pick up some hair accessories for my son. He’s loving Viking breads right now and wanted some beads added. The ladies in there were extremely helpful and knew exactly what I was after, even though I didn’t. LOL Not sure what the previous review person was talking about. No one was rude. All were welcoming, smiling and eager to help. I will most definitely be shopping there again! The prices were less than I expected so it fit my little budget perfectly.”
