“I got some cute clothes. I took away a star only because the clerk at the dressing room let me take in a bra set of 3, that counted as 3 items (limit 8) that I could not try on as they're were stapled together with a anti theft tracker, instead of telling me it's impossible to try these items on because they're all pinned together. She could have given me a heads up, and then I could have taken in 3 of the other items I was trying on. Just makes no sense to me. She told me they don't do that.”

It was actually a really important day for me because I’ve never really known how to buy perfume, and this felt like a personal milestone. Someone took me shopping to gift me perfume which was also fun on its own but Amelia made the entire experience feel even more special and extremely comfortable from the moment we met.
She took the time to truly understand me, my personality, what I wanted the scent to express, and the kind of impact I hoped it would have in my everyday life. I felt genuinely heard and guided throughout the process. Her knowledge was incredible, but what stood out most was her kindness and care.
Because of her, I’ll absolutely be coming back to this store anytime I need perfume, and I will specifically be asking for Amalia.

“First of all let me say I will continue to shop at this location. This location is clean, very organized and easy to find what you are looking for (if they have it) lol I first visited this location a couple of weeks ago to find a few items which I did with ease. In a turn of events I no longer needed those items but had already removed the “ROSS” tags of 2 of 3 of those items. I placed a phone call and spoke to a very nice man who informed me if I could return or not and how the process worked. I visited the store and was able to return and get a gift card. It was very painless. Thanks again!!!”

“This is the best Ross in all of Pasco. Not only are the employees great and work their asses off to keep the store looking beautiful, but the items that they have in stock are always on point. The only time that there are little things in the store is after holidays and that's a given. They have great management and overall is the best store to visit. Please if you go hang your items back up where you found them and remove your hangers in the queue line to make it easier on the employees.”
