“Absolutely the BEST experience I have ever had. As a tall woman, it is extremely hard to find long enough clothes that fit me. I not only found so many pieces of clothing (dresses, pants, skirts, blouses, etc.), but this lovely family owned business brought me in with their amazing service and friendliness!!! The store was extremely clean with exceptional selection. All of their items were all unique!! I was able to find formal wear and colorful clothing which is needed as a college kid. This place was amazing and I truly recommend!!”

Would love to see the dressing rooms in the back to be utilized. Although I am sure loss prevention does not allow for it on a permanent basis. More discounts would be great as well, such as military, first responders and teachers. Senior discount is only available once a week, why not give those, who serve, at least one day a week as well? Food for thought for those who are involved in policy charge.”

“I can appreciate the fact that the retail landscape has drastically changed and cut corners and now everything is a TJ Maxx format customer services done almost self check out,I’m good with all that but just don’t ask me to donate to the JCPenney‘s foundation after a 10 minute wheel chair ride to get to the counter so Penney’s can broadcast their philanthropy. “I went online to see which Chico's had this particular blouse in my size in their store. I found it in Tampa. I called the Tampa store to see if they did indeed have it and if they would send it to me. I spoke with Delia, a very sweet sales lady. Delia did find the blouse I wanted. Since I have not actually seen this blouse in person and have not tried it on yet, Delia took the time to explain how this blouse fits size wise and talked a little about the style to make sure I would be happy with how it fits. She made sure I was getting the sale price & my passport member credit. I look forward to receiving this blouse. Thank you Delia for an outstanding customer experience.”

“This is the best Ross in all of Pasco. Not only are the employees great and work their asses off to keep the store looking beautiful, but the items that they have in stock are always on point. The only time that there are little things in the store is after holidays and that's a given. They have great management and overall is the best store to visit. Please if you go hang your items back up where you found them and remove your hangers in the queue line to make it easier on the employees.”

“I’m not one to usually write reviews, but Laurie was so impressive I felt I had to! I've never had an experience in a clothing store quite like this one—Laurie really knows her stuff. I'm not exactly a fashion expert, but she picked out outfits that felt trendy and right for me, mixing and matching pieces I wouldn't have thought of on my own. She totally nailed it and made shopping feel like I had my own personal stylist. Laurie's so good, she could be working at Loft Corporate!
