About Avis Car Rental
Avis Car Rental in New Smyrna Beach offers a convenient and reliable rental experience with a wide selection of vehicles, including luxury cars, electric vehicles, vans, and SUVs. Customers appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, such as Derek Cox and Bill, who provide clear and honest service without trying to sell unnecessary extras. The vehicles are generally clean and in good condition, making for a smooth rental process. However, some experiences vary, with one customer mentioning a disappointing Tesla rental due to lack of instruction and limited charging options, and another noting a vehicle that smelled of stale smoke despite efforts to freshen it. Overall, Avis is known for straightforward service and well-maintained vehicles, making it a good choice for travelers.
