“Wasn’t told online that I had to leave an excessively large deposit that would not be returned to my Credit Card for several business days
Everything else was excellent”
“New Smyrna Beach Avis rental always comes through. They put me in a outstanding vehicle for my trip. It was clean and i had zero issues with it. You cant beat the staff neither. They always take good care of me and make sure my needs are met. Kind and courteous always keeps me coming back. If you need a vehicle, this is the place to rent from. Dont think twice and waste your time going elsewhere. All i can say is, thank you for making my trip worry free and hassle free.”
“Taurian and Derek at the New Smyrna Beach location are fantastic. Ive rented here several times and have never had an issue. After checking around for prices, this is the store i end up at everytime. Very polite, courteous, and personable gentleman who have ensured my expectations are met with every rental. The cars have been great. Clean cars that i have never had a problem with, well maintained. I highly recommend the New Smyrna Beach store at 715 North Dixie Freeway.”

“We had a family emergency and rented a car from here. First time, but definitely won’t be the last. This is my new go to place. Awesome customer service from James when we picked up the car and when we dropped it off. Very quick and got us on our way with ease. Vehicle was clean and drove very nicely. Return was seemless. This place is great! Totally recommend”
