“Taurian and Derek at the New Smyrna Beach location are fantastic. Ive rented here several times and have never had an issue. After checking around for prices, this is the store i end up at everytime. Very polite, courteous, and personable gentleman who have ensured my expectations are met with every rental. The cars have been great. Clean cars that i have never had a problem with, well maintained. I highly recommend the New Smyrna Beach store at 715 North Dixie Freeway.”
“I booked a 7-pax van in May and got a Kia Carnival that has hands free driving technology which was great. The gentleman at the counter was polite and the rental went as smoothly as expected. The only reason I took off one star is that the van was dirty inside, had lots of crumbs, etc. which was tolerable for me but may not be for other renters, so be aware.”
