“Ariana SpringerI want to thank you so much for your assistance Friday evening. I was attempting to activate my new to me iPhone 12, and had spoken with two different representatives at Spectrum. One lead me through the process and then said well you don’t have another phone to use so I’ll leaveyou, here is the number to call back at. Of course the inevitable happened, and the phone would not take my code to activate the eSIM. I waited until my neighbor came home and borrowed his phone and called in again, and after an interesting discussion that centered around iPhones, having two different modems, and if you had one of the modems, it wouldn’t accept spectrums eSIMI was given the option of driving to the store in Port Orange from Edgewater, which is about 21 or 22 miles or waiting until Wednesday to get a physical Sim card. Because I’m 72 years old I live alone and I have heart conditions I did not want to be without a phone to be able to call for assistance if I needed itWhen I arrived at your store, you were very gracious, helped me determine what the problem was and it only took you a matter of perhaps minutes. Once you saw that I had a VPN and we turned that off the phone was able to accept the code to activate the e-sim.Again, I just wanted to thank you for doing such a super job. It only took you about three minutes to determine what the problem was once you saw I had a VPN and we turned it off. We were able to activate my phone I just wish that the two gentlemen I talk to early in the day from Spectrum had the same background information that you did.”
