“Working with North Atlantic Consultants has been a fantastic experience. What stands out most is the genuine focus on relationships and truly supporting the people they work with. Owner Michael Agri goes above and beyond to help others succeed, and that level of care is rare to find. While working on a recent project, they even provided me with a Vonage line to help make things run smoothly — a great example of their generosity and commitment to helping clients however they can. Professional, responsive, and relationship-driven from start to finish. Highly recommend!”

“Kylie and Mel the manager are amazing. They do so much and deal with hard customers. They have have so much patience and always helping customers, greeting them all and a lady accused them of going to the break room for a second doing make up when they were looking for a charger for me . I am a witness and I don't like when people accuse when reps are doing their jobs.”

“Really rough experience the last couple of weeks with your services and extender upgrades, chat troubleshooting attempts and internet reception at home. Enter Reid from this store, what a magician, listened through my frustrations, looked at the account and was able to fix my situation instantly. Thank you Reid, I believe in Spectrum once again.”
