“We initially went in and got a plan together with deandre, who was really nice and helpful! we had to leave but came back and Alex helped us upgrade our phones & get two new iPads! Our back up process was taking longer than expected, we ended up being there an hour 1/2 past close and he was so patient and helpful, he even checked in on us afterwards to make sure we were enjoying our service. Definitely recommend!”

“Just switched to Tmobile from AT&T. We had AT&T since cell phones were invented and the service and cost weren’t cutting it. We went just to this store to check pricing and promos and couldn’t have walked away happier. From the best plan for us, to the promo options, and even explaining Tmobile perks like Tmobile Tuesdays, this store rocked. Sylvia the manager and Stephen got my wife into the phone she wanted and the plan that for our 4 lines. When we had questions and needed some tech assistance AJ and Ray helped without skipping a beat. You can’t find a better TMobile store out there. Come here and see Stephen, AJ, or Ray. They were awesome Peter was on top of it and Sarah made sure that I did not leave unhappy They both made sure my service was taking care of before I left the door and I really appreciate them both.I speak very highly on them. “I was a walk-in customer in this location (immediately after a disappointing and frustrating experience at the empty store at Cornerstone Blvd. in Daytona to which I DID have an appointment, but was denied ).I am very happy I took my chance and walked-in. It was like a night and day.The store was rather busy with around 10 people waiting . I was immediately greeted by store Manager - Frances who also assisted me in check in, while continuing to circulate around customers in wait and overseeing smooth operation of the place. After not too long (~30 min. and well in keeping with Frances' prediction) wait I was helped by Krista, who was the most courteous, professional, kind, reassuring and patient person. I am handicapped and there are no chairs at the representatives desks. Krista, noticing my cane immediately brought the chair from the back of the store and repeated the same when I returned to complete the service. in addition to having pleasure to be helped by Krista, while waitingI also observed her colleague - Bryan treating his customers with friendly respect, kindness and patience. I also observed the clients - more than 95% seniors. The place was very busy with no downtime at all. Judging by store location these seem more like a rule than the exception. Given that even more thanks are deserved by this lovely team. They are a precious example of super customer service. I hope that Spectrum recognizes what an asset for the company people like you are.”
