“The Hundred Fitness - Homeschool Fitness program completely changed the trajectory of both my kid’s love for fitness and sense of belonging in the community.
My kids in the program ages 13, 9, and 12 completely fell in love with fitness and conditioning their bodies due to these homeschool classes. During the week, I often have caught them doing pushups for fun or talking about “Murphs” to their friends from what they learned from the coaches. Hundred Fitness taught my kids to believe in their ability to progress their fitness levels and know their bodies.
They have made real and deep friendships at Hundred Fitness. The kids have now joined sports teams with these friends and love training in the offseason with their Hundred Fitness coaches. These is way more than fitness classes, it’s a community center where my kids are known and loved.
My kids have a belief that wherever they are today, they can progress if they do the work and do it alongside others.
The Homeschool Fitness program was an absolute no brainer for my kids and their physical and social development.”
