“Stopped by store in Niceville at 4:30 and 100 degree. Jonathan checked the electrical system. Gave me suggestions where to take care to repair the problem. Very helpful, polite and acted like he cared about this 71 year old lady.”

“This is not your 20th century, noisy, scruffy, body shop. Clean and neat, employees are courteous and professional. Laura got me in for service quickly to relieve my stress about some new scratches on my car, and she even took time to educate me about how to address other minor cosmetic issues. She even had Chris touch up my headlights. This is my go-to shop from now on!”

“Richard was great. Worked hard to get the truck fixed completely and uncovered some future problems that he took care of. Communication was timely and thorough. Worked hard to get the work done. VERY fair on pricing”

“Majreil went above and beyond to help us with a battery swap. We brought in our battery which was under warranty and found out the previous location (out of state) input the wrong battery into the system. He made sure we got the battery we needed, fixed the administrative error from before, and honored the company’s warranty while doing so. Employees providing customer service like what we received today, being willing to work out issues with customers, and keep their word definitely is why I keep coming back to Autozone!”

“This store has been my go to for all jobs since I moved here 11 years ago. They have a nice friendly staff and if you have a question even if you think it is dumb ask it they will answer it . Always clean and stocked very well as long as best prices I believe in town for an Auto store.”
