“Majreil went above and beyond to help us with a battery swap. We brought in our battery which was under warranty and found out the previous location (out of state) input the wrong battery into the system. He made sure we got the battery we needed, fixed the administrative error from before, and honored the company’s warranty while doing so. Employees providing customer service like what we received today, being willing to work out issues with customers, and keep their word definitely is why I keep coming back to Autozone!”
