“On vacation with our daughter from college and her phone stopped charging and she’s back to school tomorrow. Stopped in at 6:30 and Ryan was super helpful. He upgraded her phone and then noticed an easy change to our plan that saves us over $20 a month. Even though we don’t live here, highly recommend the store and the service! “I needed a couple decor items for my bathroom; I was in a hurry and had something specific in mind. I was able to get in, quickly get pointed to the right part of the store, find exactly what I wanted - nice quality, well designed, lovely items!
As I passed the clothing and cards, I noticed a number of areas I’d like to browse when I have more time.
Checkout was fast and smooth as silk! I had the option of self check out but chose the staffed register and got through in a couple minutes.
After a long day of errands and a very successful easy visit to this Target, I decided to reward myself at the in-store STARBUCKS. A number of other folks had the same idea at the same time. We had a wonderful person taking care of us at the STARBUCKS. She was warm, efficient and helpful! Even though she was very busy she paid careful attention to my order ( I like a little soy milk but not too much). She moved the line along quickly, giving each person her focused attention. This is quite an art and I am really impressed! My drink was delicious! If you are lucky enough to be waited on by Jamie at this in store STARBUCKS, please tell her Susan says thanks!”
“Tonia and the staff are so friendly and knowledgeable! I signed up for service by calling t-mobile. Once I ported our phone numbers over from Xfinity we all lost our service and our phones all said sos in the top right corner. I went into the store and Tonia was amazing. She got my phone working first then was able to FaceTime with both my son and husband to get them set up, too. She knows her job! She should get a raise! ?”
“Went there 2 days ago. Walked in and was immediately greeted and helped. David was my rep but all the guys when they weren't with a customer made sure I was good. David found my free upgrade and got me started. While items were moving to my new phone he was able to take care of 2 other customers. While I was there all customers seemed satisfied as I was. David was very knowledgeable and efficient”

The store is also clean and organized. Lots of space to walk around. Only 1 register open though so I had to use self checkout. On a Friday during rush hour? Otherwise the lady at self Checkout was helpful. Very polite workers at the pharmacy too.”

“I've never felt the need to leave a review of a convenience store until now. While I've always gotten friendly service here, as well as the other E Venice store and the Jacaranda store, the recent management change here has brought things to a new level. It's almost like you've merged with the Ritz Carlton. And, it's not just how I've been treated. I'm constantly entertained by watching them go above and beyond for customers with disabilities and such. Kudos to this manager and her team for raising the bar.”

“I have been going here everyday for a week. Twice the latte machine was malfunctioning. Both times the gentleman came right over and fixed. I have shopped at 4am, noon, and later in the day, each and everytime the folks have been kind and courteous. Just a very welcoming experience.I still haven't gotten enough courage to try the hot dogs or sausages that are on display cooking.I highly recommend this place.12 10 2023 it is year later. The staff is awesome. The latte machine sucks. Last year in 7 trips, it had to reset 4 times. 3 trips this year and I have yet to get it to work. The amazing staff can't get it to work. My gut feeling is the owner does not give a F. How could the same failing machine still be there a year later. True folks are in a hurry or just a yearly visitor and buys something else. I went with a regular coffee. My wife took one sip and said the latte machine isn't working again.Thanks to the owner I was able to disappoint my wife on our vacation.He or she must be a piece of work. Corporate should check in to see how their brand is being damage. Most the customers yhat come in have a personal and friendly relationship with the staff, or this would be a ghost town.If you want great customer service, this is your place. It is hit or miss on the item you want.”

February 2024 - I had to take time to update my review. I have been dealing with Laurinda, a pharmacy technician, and can't say enough great things about her! Like the pharmacist, Mark, she takes time to answer the questions, explain new prescriptions that I have received and always does so with a smile. Huge shout out to Laurinda!”
