I've had awful experiences at the Paradise Plaza UPS, and would not recommend that store. They overcharge, they were rude, and always rush rush. Stay away from Paradise Plaza UPS! Go to this one instead. You'll have a much better experience!”

“By far the best UPS store in the area! The staff are personable and helpful, and the store is managed extremely well. Even when it's busy, the associates maintain great attitudes. Anthony is especially amazing and has a wonderful way of interacting with staff.The longest wait time has maybe been 3 minutes; which speaks volumes about their efficiency.The other UPS Stores in Venice don't even compare. The wait time is horrible, and the overall demeanor of the associates is even worse. Which is why I drive an extra 10 minutes to go to this location :)”

“Employee 308159 is incredibly knowledgeable and efficient! I will always give up my place in line until I am her next customer. When I forget how to get a return slip on my phone, she politely helps me through that process. I always meet people who prefer her assistance over any other worker. When I had a package to return last Saturday the young man was very nice but gave me wrong information and told me I had to come back next week. When I returned this a.m. and waited for employee 308159 she immediately figured out that the problem was my return was to FedEx! I could have been told that last Saturday and saved me today’s trip. Employee 308159 quickly told me where to find FedEx. She was working solo this morning and there were 6 customers in line when I left. No other employees had bothered to call in saying they would be late or not in at all.
This employee deserves a bonus!!!

“I received notification that my package was delivered, but unfortunately I did not receive it. I called this location and spoke to a very nice gentleman. He took my info and told me to check back in a few days if it still didn’t arrive. I spoke to our delivery person the next day, she diligently looked around our complex post boxes and still did not find it. She instructed me to call again. I called and spoke to the same kind gentleman, Jim. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND in my opinion. He found the package that was delivered to a sister complex and personally delivered it to me. Customer service at its BEST! Thank you so much!!!”
