This is the best UPS store I have ever been to. Ryan helps me out and was very friendly. He was a lot more helpful than anyone I have ever delt with. Wish there were more people like Ryan at UPS stores in Buffalo. He was very nice and professional and very helpful with my shipping needs and Amazon returns
