“After some of the negative reviews I was nervous about showing up with my 12 Amazon returns of various sizes. But I needn't have worried! The store is well organized, has the self-return kiosk, and when I needed assistance the staff were very kind and competent.
I have since been back a few times, and my experience has been consistently good. The folks working there are efficient and if there is a small line it moves very quickly.
Even more importantly, they have been nice and polite not only to me, but to everyone else during my visits. A few times they had to explain to elderly people that they need to go to Staples or Whole Foods to return (Amazon makes this very confusing), and the workers there had the patience of saints. I really appreciated their kindness to one older man who didn't even know what Whole Foods is, they were very patient.”

“I love going to Cole’s postal center. First and foremost, not only is the service Efficient, friendly and consistent. What’s comforting is the staff has not changed. It’s the same staff that worked at this center previously. With the holidays so busy and speaking from my experience these last couple of weeks, Nick and his staff have made it so easy for me to get my packages out on time and in the most efficient way and price. Unfortunately, not everyone thinks of the stress that the staff goes through at such a busy time of year. And not everyone is understanding and cordial when they correct our mistakes the best they can. There are a few people who don’t get it! I am very happy for the gentleman that was able to retire. And I think he is proud to have left the center in a good strong and caring staff!”
“They were able to assist me quickly from the moment I stepped in the door to the moment I left. Everything was very efficient and I greatly appreciated that because I didn’t want the transaction to take very long. I was able to bring in my Nespresso capsules to be recycled and also pack and ship a present to my grandma! The associate helped me pick out the right packaging material and we got everything finished very quickly! I have returned to this store multiple times now😊”
“Five stars for Richard that works the Amazon return line!!! All holiday season he has worked the counter like a Rock Star! He is always smiling, courteous and efficient! Today was the Longest line I’ve ever seen at that store. Probably because it’s January 31 and all Amazon returns have to be in by today if you shopped during the holiday season. He was calm and collected and went through that entire line!!! When I left, the line was still extremely long. Give that man a steak dinner or an awesome gift card…. He definitely deserves it!!!”

The place i went to last time charged like $3 to print the label and $4 for the bag- they DIDNT EVEN CHARGE for the print and bag for my return. They have just earned 5 stars and a customer for life!”

Original review: Hours beginning July 1 to Oct 1 changed to be closed on Saturdays. I had an Identogo appointment with them. Could’ve saved a trip if the owner had updated their hours. There were three of us Identogo customers there wondering why the doors were locked.”

I needed some posters printing done last minute they all pulled together and offered to stay and finish. They could have just said no but they didn’t. I love their attitude and collaboration. “Am seeing some low reviews for this location but that was not my experience at all. I was staying at Myakka State Park campground and a package I was waiting for got delayed and was going to arrive too late for me to wait for it there (tracking said it would arrive by 9pm), so I called the dist center and they told me it would first go to this location. That's where Kenny gave me outstanding customer service. He took my tracking number and cell phone and intercepted the package in the morning. Then he called me and said he had it in hand. I was able to pick it up at 10am and continue my journey without delay. He truly went above and beyond. Thank you Kenny!”

“I use this place because they’re much more reliable than the local post office. If you have to mail something important, I recommend you drop it off here (They also collect mail for USPS) Before you ever go to the local post office because I have lost so much mail through them. But the people at this shop, always take care of my stuff and Do their best toensure that it gets there safely. I’ve also used the printing services several times when my printer At home wasn’t working. I highly recommend this place”
