It’s so nice and convenient to have as a resident of One Miami, and the prices are super fair for a convenience store inside the building in Downtown.They have a surprisingly wide selection of products ranging from energy drinks, beer and wine, dry goods, groceries, etc. I absolutely love their sandwiches, and the empanadas are great. The California Chicken sandwich is a must have.The best part about this store is the staff, they are all extremely welcoming and friendly, and if you are a regular they will make sure to know you by name.”

“We moved in last week and we’re loving it here. The community is super clean, everyone we’ve met has been so friendly, and the amenities are great. The only small downsides are the guest parking - unfortunately people are abusing it & park there for days in a row, pet owners dont clean up after their pets in the pet areas - not really the properties fault as there are dog bag stations every 5 feet, & every time we have been downstairs the lobby bathrooms + back bathrooms are always locked - if someone at the pool, gym, or using the BBQ has to use the bathroom they have to go all the way up to their apartment which is very inconvenient. Other than that it’s been amazing. We don’t hear our neighbors at all, everyone seems to be respectful, and maintenance was really quick when needed. Totally recommend it for the location and price!”

“As I approached the building the property was stunning. The pool looks clean and refreshing. The property looked clean and well maintained. When arriving Adrian, Natalie and Jessica were all very helpful in the process of helping me find my dream apartment. As a first time leasee I didnt know where to start however they pointed me in the right direction. I explained to them my situation as well as what I had going on. They showed me 2-3 floor plans and ensured that I loved the floor plan I would be residing in. I also had issues with their verification system and they reached out and worked diligently with me. Another big thing that I really loved is that when I viewed the units I viewed units that I would actually be residing in. Thats the best way to view your apartment! Thanks and cudos to this magnificent team! Im excited to live here!!”

“I love this area and the views from the apartments are beautiful. Apartments are spacious and the balconies are huge! I have a few friends who have moved here and they love it. Every time I go to visit the check in process is easy and the front desk team is very nice. Elevators are a bit too slow and often get stuck + some of the hallways seem to be not well kept but other than that the building is very nice. The gym is huge and has everything you need for a full workout + you can enjoy the most breathtaking view while you're at it!”
