She was incredibly patient, courteous and respectful with the difficult customer, she gave very detailed information to help them understand and answer all their repetitive and endless questions. When it was finally our turn, she was still very friendly and helpful. My family has been a customer of this facility for years. All the staff is great. The facility is always clean and well maintained, in 12 years we have never had an issue. Highly recommended”

Booking was easy, internet deals were available, it’s clean, temperature controlled, lockers are good size.. but the bonus is the people working there are great.. not something you find all that often around here. I had a little hiccup not even worth mentioning and Elizabeth didn’t hesitate in promising to take care of it and get back me later that day or latest the next and sure enough, she called same day with everything resolved! “This is my first time ever renting a storage space. I have to say the customer service was amazing. Sharon the manager was so kind to everyone that she serviced as I waited my turn. She was very informative and was not only kind but genuinely sincere with every customer. I witness her deal with an unhappy customer who was impatient and rude and Sharon without getting fluster or bother by the persons demeanor handle it with grace. When Sharon began to assist me, she quickly realized an error that was made, she apologized and fixed the problem immediately.
