“Came in to this location on a Saturday morning to open a checking account and get a new credit card (as the first steps of joing BoA's preferred rewards program, which I highly recommend). We had to wait a bit before seeing someone, hardly something unexpected when going to a bank. Raj was the one who helped us open the account and he was extremely helpful. We had done our research ahead of time so we didn't have a ton of questions for him but he was able to answer everything we asked. All in all it was a pleasant experience despite my usual disdain for visiting a bank in person.”

“Even though the location is difficult to get around due to construction that is around them there is plenty of Handicap parking.I had my debit card compromised and they quickly replaced it with a smile and not a lecture or third degree. I appreciate this branch than I do the one closest to my home.And the drive thru is open on Saturday!!!”
