“New visit April 2025: phlebotomist was very kind and chatty, put me at ease. She seemed to love her job. At first I thought the wait was too long, but then I saw everything she had to do with the computer and I realized it is the system, not the workers. A majority of the time was the accounting on the system. It would be nice if maybe that part could be done at the end of the day so people didn't have to wait through it.
Past visit: Very low key, never crowded. Staff is friendly and competent. Easy location with many services including radiology. Much easier than going to bass road, which is also great but far for me. Results on mychart portal very quick,”

“Today I had an appointment for blood work . I went and noticed the sign in monitor said … system down and you have to sign in ( old school ) the best . Three beautiful woman were taking care of us . Numerous people started to coming for blood work . These three lady’s were doing a great job they had a great sense of humor and people were understanding. I give these three lady’s 5 stars .”
“First time here and I had no appointment. Everyone was great, very nice and accommodating. Had to do a urine drug test, was taken back within 10 minutes the first time lol. Had to stay and get more because I didn't have enough Robyn said you can go up front and drink some water, they had a cooler. Which I did, took about 20 minutes I went back up, she took me back right away this time all good. And I could leave. Robyn and all the other staff members were great”

“I have never had a bad experience. I get there early, check in and out in less than 30 minutes. Louise and Oksana were great. Oksana drew my blood and she was awesome. I love the convenience of the lab being at Walgreens where I pick up my Rx and so close to home.”
