“Stewart did AC and other miscellaneous repairs on three of our vehicles. We always receive great and fast service. He explains the issues and his prices are reasonable.”
“Excellent customer service from start to finish! The pricing was fair and honest, with no unnecessary upcharges or surprises. They completed the repairs within a couple of days, and the entire process was straightforward and hassle-free.
It’s refreshing to find a repair shop that treats customers fairly and stands behind their work. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and professional auto repair service.”
“I called on a Saturday without an appointment and Jake went out of his way to help me. Everyone I interacted with was professional and responsive, which made a very stressful situation much more manageable. The work was done quickly, looks great and for less than I was expecting. Thank you Jake, Ben, and the entire Gerber team!”
“This particular location is totally different in comparison to Broward County.. The entire area of Boca Raton is like the difference between night and day. When you purchase two packs of cigarettes you're saving a fair amount of money ! The attendant is personable and pleasant. . Good public relations is the key when it comes to a competitive place of business.”
“Dashawn’s customer service is not only professional, but his integrity is something I feel everyone should know about. As a woman who owns a MINI Countryman, I haven’t always had the best experiences with mechanics—some of whom I later found out were con artists.
Deshawn went above and beyond for me. During my visit, I also noticed that he consistently provides that same level of customer service excellence to every customer.
All of the other staff members are great as well. If you need a place to take care of your car, this is the number one place to go and get your hat taken care of in South Florida!”
