“Grabbed a cart and went to the plywood aisle expecting to help myself as I usually have to here. DAVIDSON walked up to me right away and asked if I needed help. He was respectful and professional. If every employee was as attentive as this, people would do a lot more shopping in store. He was a 5 star. Unfortunately the store as a whole is not. Between the rental department and how long it usually takes to get help, I cannot put a 5 star rating. I'm omw to a further home depot at this moment for a rental.”
“Premier garage transformed my garage to a beautiful space. I opted to upgrade the handles to a flush pull which adds even more space. Then I added air conditioning with a split unit and added 300 extra square feet of storage space. All neat and tidy.”

“Lowe's you blew away Home Depot today caring about the little people. Our 25 year old dryer drive belt broke right before family and friends arriving. Lowe's has 8 in stock drive belts in 2 nearby stores that saved the day! Thank you for caring and keeping fix it yourself items in stock for same day pickup!”
“They need to have more specialty tools. For example, they have many of the same screwdrivers from different manufacturers but not one single 8" long #1 Phillips. Also, need better quality tools, like a screwdriver that will last more then 2 years.”
“My husband and I recently ordered an item online that was delivered to the Deerfield Beach Home Depot. We needed it in a timely manner as we were completing a renovation in our home and the contractor was midway through the project. Unfortunately, the item we received was not what we ordered (wrong). However, the customer service associates, Thelma and Tiffany, were incredibly kind and helpful. They took the time to investigate the issue on our behalf, communicated with Home Depot's phone customer service, and successfully helped us secure a credit for the inconvenience. They assisted with correcting the problem and now our project is complete. Our experience with Deerfield Beach Home Depot has always been positive, and we truly appreciate the outstanding service from their associates.”
“I’ve gotten accustom to having to track down Home Depot employees for help as they are very busy but not at the tower shops location. From start, I was greeted by an associate named Jannelle and she offered her assistance. I told her what I was looking for and she proceeded to contact the shift manager Omar as the particular item, garden blocks I was looking for was not on the sales floor. She and Omar both went to the stockroom, found the item and brought it out. I was then informed by Omar that the item had just gone on sale which made me even happier. I was really amazed by their professionalism and eagerness to help. You always hear about bad and never the good but this one was certainly one of those goods! I will definitely brave the tower shop plaza traffic congestion in the future just to go to this Home Depot location! Thank you Jannelle and Omar!”

“The Home Depot consistently has everything I require for my sheet metal business. Thanks to my pro account, I'm able to see my savings on larger orders. However, I've encountered some older employees who seem hesitant to assist, and their expressions suggest they would rather not be bothered. Additionally, the cashiers at the customer service area can be a bit slow. Despite these issues, it's still an excellent place to pick up supplies for my next project.”
“Clean and organized/ nothing in the isles to keep you away from what you need. Store is busy no matter the time you go. But they'll get you out as fast as they can!”
“I like the store, it is clean, well stocked, you can find terrace furniture but not living room or dining room furniture, it has good lighting, cleaning supplies, doors, windows, floors, etc., which makes home renovations, painting, rugs, organizers, decorative plants, shouting, white goods, etc., the only thing that bothers me a little is that when I need help locating something that is difficult for me, the employees "NOT ALWAYS" are collaborators, I came across some very good and friendly ones but also with others who looked mortified when their help was requested. IN GENERAL IT WAS VERY GOOD, I RECOMMEND IT! IT IS VERY USEFUL TO ME!”

“Brian in the paint department at Home Depot in Deerfield is amazing!!! I brought in a wooden step from my boat that needs restained and varnished. He helped me pick the right color and product and gave me a bunch of info on how to properly complete the job. What a fantastic guy & employee. “Customer service saves the day. I ordered a pre hung door to be delivered. The delivery was made timely but the door jam was damaged. I called them and they scheduled a return pickup for tge following day but never showed up. I called customer service and spoke with Lori and explained my situation and she offered help. She and Kim helped me through the process today. Lori and Kim fixed the problem for me.”
