I brought my van to Sunbiz Auto Tech, they looked at it, diagnosed it, and replaced 2 or 3 fuses and have my Low beams working again.. “I have had to bring three different vehicles here. They worked on my son's Jeep a few years ago and the service was great and price was reasonable. Last year, I brought in my daughter's Hyundai for what I thought was a transmission problem. Hamilton took it for a test drive with me and said her car was running great and no service was needed, and also recommended an extended warranty company in case anything should go wrong in the future. No charge. We brought my son's F150 here for a transmission problem. No appointment, we just showed up one morning. Hamilton looked at his truck and spoke with the extended warranty company. He called us back and said that the problem will be covered by Ford but I had to take it to a Ford dealership. No charge. So I just want to thank Hamilton for his time and honesty. If I do need any type of service in the future, I will definitely be coming back here.”
“I had to replace a passenger window regulator motor and also a fuel pressure sensor on a 2018 Ford Mustang. I was pleased with the fact that high quality ford parts were used and that the prices for the fuel pressure sensor parts and labor seemed reasonable. Unfortunately, while the window motor part was reasonably priced, the labor cost for the window was shocking and alarming to me $626! I understand that it is an extensive, time consuming job involving taking the door apart and programming it as was explained to me when I called back with concern; but it still doesn’t sit right with me that it was that steep. That being said, everything else was perfect: I had dropped the car off without an appointment and the work was done with the car good to go in 48 hrs! The main guy I dealt with, Jesse was real cool and everyone I spoke to was very friendly. Overall, I feel like this is a very efficient, well run business. I do believe that they are honest and straightforward about the work actually needed on the car, and won’t try to sell anything unnecessary.”
