Can't beat the location either as it is in a super close proximity to the beach, Brickell, Wynwood and Design District. There are plenty of things to do around. When arriving Adrian, Natalie and Jessica were all very helpful in the process of helping me find my dream apartment. As a first time leasee I didnt know where to start however they pointed me in the right direction. I explained to them my situation as well as what I had going on. They showed me 2-3 floor plans and ensured that I loved the floor plan I would be residing in. I also had issues with their verification system and they reached out and worked diligently with me. Another big thing that I really loved is that when I viewed the units I viewed units that I would actually be residing in. Thats the best way to view your apartment!
