“I am usually not a person to leave many reviews unless, I have felt that I tumbled upon a great person, group of individuals or place that merits a review that can highlight the person’s capabilities, and or a place or community that, can serve other’s who are in the market seeking this type of service and shelter. I must say that, both Mr. Joseph (Senior Property Manager), at Cortland’s Harbour Cove Apartments in Pembroke Pines, Fl., are beyond one if the most outstanding, professional, caring and compassionate people that I have ever came across when seeking a residential unit, to addressing any concerns or needs within my existing apartment. Although, Mr. Joseph became the Property Manager (approx a year to a yr 1/2 ago), he has always demonstrated kindness and solutions to make it fair for both the residents and the Management Company. The units are currently being renovated and I must admit that from the paint, new appliances, vertical blinds, new lighting fixtures, flooring, upgrading the recreational areas (not to mention, everything else that’s in store), has truly made a remarkable and meaningful difference. Furthermore, Mr. Steve (Lease Consultant), is also very attentive and engages in community activities and is beyond welcoming and inviting. In addition, Brandon (Maintenance), is extremely knowledgeable, courteous, respectful and always prompt when addressing any work orders. Conclusion, I and my family, are beyond grateful and highly recommend Mr. Joe, his team members and this property to anyone that is in the market for a family oriented, nice, cozy, spacious apartment with a variety of fun amenities and community engagement, then, Cortland at Harbour Cove, Pembroke Pines, is definitely a property that you would want to consider. “My friend lives there and I wish I could live there too but, it's for 62 years and over, although I'm 57 but, I absolutely love the big spacious apartment. The building is super clean and nothing bad, should be said about this property well there's 2 or 3 of them but, she lives I believe in the last one that was made.”

Always a pleasure to deal with him as he’s always been there when we needed help with anything - this was last week I’m assuming as I already submitted that our blinds still need to be replaced as it’s the same two and it’s the units not the blinds.

“We, my wife and I have been tenants with Josette Seide Warburton, Property Manager for Palm Ranch Davie for over a year and three months and our experience has been fantastic. What impressed us most was their outstanding communication and maintenance of the property. For example, as I was leaving the property one morning Mrs Seide Warburton was doing pest control in her business dress attire. Her willingness to roll up her sleeves to do a job a pest control serviceman or mantainance man should be doing makes my wife and I feel proud to be a resident of Palm Ranch at Davie. “I love this area and the views from the apartments are beautiful. Apartments are spacious and the balconies are huge! I have a few friends who have moved here and they love it. Every time I go to visit the check in process is easy and the front desk team is very nice. Elevators are a bit too slow and often get stuck + some of the hallways seem to be not well kept but other than that the building is very nice. The gym is huge and has everything you need for a full workout + you can enjoy the most breathtaking view while you're at it!”

Hopefully, the kids play area is given some attention too. I must say, the monthly rent isn’t terrible for the size of the unit and neighborhood. Lastly, I also have to praise the manager Scarlett for her great attention to detail and following up on my concerns. Overall, very professional anytime I visit the office.”
