“Nice place. Went to visit a friend here. Security desk at front checks you in and asks where you're going. Great views from condo balconies. Pretty quiet area.”

“I just moved into Marina Del Mar, and wanted to share my appreciation for the move-in experience. Both Francesca and Manny went above and beyond to make my long distance move go well: from choosing the perfect apartment, to getting everything set up and ready to move into. And, on moving day -- they made sure everything was a success! Looking forward to living in such a beautiful place, with such a great community and management team, as well as being steps away from the beach!”

“Special thanks to Maria Bordeianu! She made sure our check-in process was smooth and stress-free. Throughout our stay, she was incredibly attentive, friendly, and always willing to help. People like her make the experience truly special. The property itself was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Everything was exactly as described, and we felt welcome from the moment we arrived. The location was great, and the overall atmosphere made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you so much for your care and exceptional hospitality. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant and worry-free stay, and we would be happy to come back again!”

“Porsche Sunny Isles Beach Tower is one of the most amazing condominium buildings in the entire world. This is without a doubt the only residential building where you can actually pull up in your car, remain seated, and be transported to your luxury residence. While you and your passengers are being delivered via one of three glass enclosed elevators to your residence you’ll take in the spectacular views overlooking the ocean as you ascend to your luxury condominium or penthouse.”
