“I have a mortgage account and been with this bank for 4 years now. The staff has always been respectful, friendly, and helpful. One of my biggest problems with this bank is that in 2019 paying your mortgage online is not an option unless you have a bank account with City National. I have watch this bank purchase out other banks and yet you still dont offer payment online for individual with mortgage loans unless I have a bank account with your specific bank. If your reading this YES its 2019 this bank is forcing you to have a bank account in order to make a payment online. I have coworkers, family members and friends who dont have bank accounts with their mortgage company and they can pay their mortgage online so what is taking City National so LONG to make the transition. Its 2019 and Inconvenient Banking payment still exists with City National Bank. Please someone in management can this be fixed?”
