The Best Western Plus North Miami/Bal Harbour offers a great location with plenty of shopping options nearby. The hotel rooms, while starting to show their age, are clean and well-maintained. The staff is consistently polite, efficient, and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure guests have a smooth and memorable stay. One standout employee, Bryan at the front desk, was particularly dedicated to guest satisfaction, making guests feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. While minor issues like a temperamental TV remote and some employee conversations overheard in the laundry room were reported, the overall experience at this hotel was positive, with many guests expressing their intention to book again in the future.
Everything was very nice. The rooms were very clean. My only issue is that it smelled like paint. Wet paint, which gave me a headache, and of course, that's going to taint my view on the facilities, but the staff was great and the location was excellent.

Again, our stay was made happy and comfortable directly because of Ailyn Gonzalez, Office Manager. She is always charming and friendly to all of her guests and attends eagerly to all of your concerns.
