The staff is consistently polite, efficient, and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure guests have a smooth and memorable stay. One standout employee, Bryan at the front desk, was particularly dedicated to guest satisfaction, making guests feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. While minor issues like a temperamental TV remote and some employee conversations overheard in the laundry room were reported, the overall experience at this hotel was positive, with many guests expressing their intention to book again in the future.
Well worth the price for a room, they were spacious, clean and the balcony view was amazing! Close to several places to eat plus a really good restaurant attached to the hotel. Would definitely stay again!
