“Within 30 seconds of being at the store I saw why they have nothing but 5 star reviews. I’ve been searching for materials to redo my door panels for over 2 months and finally found everything I needed here. As I was opening the door they asked what they could help me with. When I told them what I was doing they showed me which materials would and wouldn’t work for my needs. Not to mention the price is fantastic, I was about ready to give up and buy hobby lobby materials which are clearly way worse quality and cost $2 more per yard, I’m beyond thrilled I checked this place out first. I will only be shopping here for materials from now on. Great staff, great products, and great prices, what more could you ask for?”

“I went there to get gaming items for a gift for my husband. Victor was very helpful and knowledgeable. He helped me get what my husband needed, even when I had no concept of the games. If he didn't have it in stock, he ordered it and discretely boxed it so that when I had to send my husband to retrieve it, he didn't know what it was. Victor is excellent with his customers!”

“The store is large and has what you need for almost any hobby you can think of. For some more than others.
In my case I was looking for baking items, and I was disappointed by the lack of variety in that area.
I also took one star off because there wasn't a single person in charge to consult. Not even cashiers. There was only self-check-out.”

“I give the 5 stars manly for the staff. They have a good selection of craft supplies, albeit the fabrics and yarn are a work in progress for the company and they need to step up their game. This location seems busier than the other one I frequent yet corporate doesn’t seem to staff the store/give the hours to staff it properly.
Rei (sorry if I misspelled your name!) was VERY helpful despite being overwhelmed with work. Saw him stocking the other side of the store and asked if he could help with fabrics, he promptly finished his task on hand and helped me out. He was very nice and also helped out the ladies waiting after me. He was the only person I found working the floor (despite the self checkout clerk). She was also very helpful but I didn’t catch her name!”
“Spoke to Robert....truly a stand up guy! Knowing he couldn't capitalize on my business, he still spent plenty of time on the phone with me trouble shooting my drone and determined to give me an answer. They just don't make em like this anymore.....Selfless! Thank you Robert!”

“Sent my DJI mini 3 pro here after crashing it. I damaged the gimbal. They sent me photos of the drone when they received it to there location. Updated me on all diagnostics through email. Waited on my responses for approval and repair. Provide details during the process all the way until it was back on my door step. I am happy with the repairs and customer contact.”
