I appreciate the personal touch. This agent provided me with a form to fill out, and then explained the process. Within a one-week time frame where the seller and me, the buyer, exchanged documents and payment, ****** from Shiplux kept in contact. With the sale finalized, I asked ****** to please find me a driver. He did so and quickly. The arrangement being set, the pick up and delivery were the last steps to complete a week long process. Because of the very careful planning by ******, I had my motorcycle that same weekend! This agent is easy to communicate with, has a great knowledge of the shipping industry, and shows excellent care in helping his client. “I used the services of this transport company for a trip in January 2024 from Miami to Orlando.I think the landing place at MIA airport is the best that could be thought of.The road did not take much time and the evening trip went without problems. The seats are comfortable, but there is not enough legroom, and if the person sitting in front deigns to recline the back, you will have to look for a comfortable position, but I was lucky and there was no one in front of me.Our luggage arrived with us without any problems, there is space above the seats for a backpack. The toilet worked, but by the end of the trip it seemed to be overcrowded.The air conditioner is working properly. The driver was polite and taciturn, but announced and commented on each stop - perfect.”
