“After a few diagnostics done at the Wellington Apple Store they told me that apparently my MacBook Pro 2025 had several issues including battery, RAM and motherboard. Since it's an older version they told me it was better to buy one instead of sending it to Apple for repairs. I was very disappointed as its my working laptop, it still looks good and truly wanted to save it.
I ended up giving up the fact had to purchase a new one, but then surprisingly they suggested to take my MacBook Pro 2017 to iTech and check how much they would give me for it. So I went there and met Hayden, he asked me what was wrong with it and I told him the Apple Store background story. I emphasized wanted to save it moreover due to this situation was impacting my business, it was critical for me. He took it back and performed some diagnostics and told me it was possible to save it.
Hayden is very knowledgeable and explains you in plain English so you can understand what's going on with your laptop and what they're going to do with it. I left my laptop only for 1 day, he worked his magic to fix it and my laptop was saved, and without sending it to Apple or been forced to buy a new one.

“I am going to say this I have gone to the store a month ago and I'm not going to express my feelings to experience that I had but I needed something bad my phone was not working I couldn't remember nothing I took the chance and coming back to this cricket let me tell you that store did a 2 by 4 the store smells good when you walk in looks like they got replaced the store looks spotless organized smelling good and not only that the environment felt so positive the nice gentleman which is a new store manager that was hired not only he went up and above but he knew everything and how to make my phone work and took his time to show me what I needed to show me and that I'm an older woman the guy was multitasked while he was helping me with my phone was doing payments and taking care of other customers cuz he says he does not like to make them wait so he does a lot of things at the same time so I will say I am well satisfied I'm happy with the experience and I'm congratulating cricket for hiring a manager not only with experience for what he told me that he's had as working in a cell phone company but the store looks presentable clean and the vibe and and just the way that store manager I contact greeted me thank you so much for your assistance I will definitely come back and I will spread the word to bring customers as he offered me $25 for every person that comes in to my account. I'm an old lady I have no idea how that works all he told me was to refer them and to make sure they let me know that I'm the one that referred them thank you Alexander Valentine best respectful smiled and made me satisfied with my device I think other employees from other locations need to be trained by him thank you”

“First off let me start off by saying my family and I received the best customer service I have ever received at a Metro PCS my entire life. My husband, daughter, and I came into this location Saturday June 8th 2024 for the first time. We purchased two phones, one was a metro PCS and the other one was a phone connected to T-Mobile. We was greeted by Alex and Edwin who both were very knowledgeable, patient, had a very great sense of humor, made reasonable suggestions and fast. They help my husband and I pick out really great phones that were compatible with what fits our budget that we already had. And even offered to assist us in transferring our information to the new phones. Alex also helped my husband find the perfect phone to fit his watch. I didnt feel like we were being sold a lie just to spend more money, or to push sales. They both gave us a trusting spirit.They both were pretty good with keeping us entertained while we waited. It was almost as if we was at a family Barbecue. We all shared laughs, and great conversations while waiting for the phones to be activated. We were even given really cool T-Mobile cups, that turn bright pink the colder the liquid is inside. When I tell you we really got our money's worth. The phones are awesome, the service we received is priceless. This has just became my family and I favorite new location. These 2 really make an amazing team. The store was clean. And even though it was a rainy day, Alex and Edwin brighten up our day. 10 stars for them both.

“I see some complaints about unfriendly staff. I've been coming here for years. This 7-Eleven has a very particular milieu: Street people, landscapers, bicycle riders, business people, lottery players, beer purchasers, etc, etc, and it's very, very busy. Mutka handles it like a champ! Working the register, preparing the food, preparing the coffee and the roller items, and look how clean the place always is! She might seem unfriendly, but she's just thinking about the next task that she has to do. I'm sure she doesn't hear it enough, but we notice your hard work and appreciate you!”
