Dr Stouloff went above and beyond for my dogs issues. He needed a procedure for one of his issues and she was able to take care of it right then and did so in such a caring manner to keep my dogs comfortable. I’m very grateful for both Dr stouloff and heathers care today. I would also like to add that we have been coming here for about 4 months and seeing Dr Jay for accupuncture and she is also absolutely amazing. Very thorough and compassionate. Overall this is an amazing practice.”

“I want to sincerely thank Dr. Lee Blevins and the entire veterinary team for their professionalism, calm presence, and exceptional care during what was a very challenging visit.
My dog is an older, large-breed mastiff who was in significant pain and extremely fearful. Despite careful preparation on my part, she was unable to be safely handled while awake. Throughout this intense moment, the staff remained steady, composed, and compassionate. There was no rushing, no panic, and no judgment — just a clear, knowledgeable plan and calm execution.
Dr. Blevins was extremely knowledgeable, confident, and attentive, and it was clear that my dog’s comfort and safety — as well as the safety of everyone involved — were the top priorities. The sedation was handled professionally, the examination was thorough, and the diagnosis and treatment plan were explained clearly and thoughtfully.
I am especially grateful for how present and respectful the entire team was, even under pressure. Situations like this require skill, experience, and emotional steadiness, and this clinic demonstrated all three.
I would not hesitate to trust Dr. Blevins and this staff again, especially for dogs that require special handling or extra care. I am deeply appreciative of the professionalism and compassion shown to both my dog and me.”

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the compassion, care, and dedication you showed us and our beloved Ziggy. Dr. Saez, the fact that you came in on your day off to take immediate action and perform emergency surgery means more to us than words can truly express. Dr. Wilson, your care, support, and commitment during this incredibly difficult time did not go unnoticed and meant so much to our family.
From the moment we walked in, your entire team was so welcoming and supportive, without knowing the heavy personal struggles we were already carrying. I was dealing with my own serious health issues and had just been discharged from the hospital, while also grieving a loss in my family. In the midst of all that pain and uncertainty, your clinic became a place of warmth, understanding, and genuine compassion.
We cannot help but wish we had known about Northwest Veterinary Clinic sooner. Perhaps if we had, Ziggy might still be with us today. We had tried another clinic, but the cost was simply more than we could manage while already under financial strain. Despite everything, Dr. Saez, Dr. Wilson, and the entire team made it their duty to do everything possible for Ziggy, and that effort, empathy, and humanity mean everything to us.
Even though the outcome was not what we had hoped for, we are forever grateful knowing that Ziggy was surrounded by people who truly cared and fought for him with everything they had. “I brought my 11mo old kitty Newton here for the 1st time today. I was a little nervous at first not for Newton but for the techs as he can be a little wild when he wants to be but also he's friendly. Cyndi was his vet tech and he just warmed up to her, he was very talkative( he loves to talk and let you know what he thinks of things, lol) His doctor was Dr. Bethany and she also did a great job with him. He came in for his up to date vaccines and a wellness checkup and nail trimming. Newton did great and these ladies did a wonderful job with him. I highly recommend bringing your fur babies here. The place is clean, the staff is very friendly and caring. Thank you Parkview for taking care of Newton!”

“We are here in Florida (from Illinois) for January and February and have two standard sized goldendoodles with us. Cooper our youngest one developed a growth on his chest area that was growing rapidly and developed an abscess on it. Bluffs Animal Hospital came highly recommended by our son and daughter -in-law. Being able to walk in and get Cooper assessed was amazing and we hit the jackpot with Dr. Patrick Brady who exuded confidence, compassion, and kindness throughout our encounter. He was able to work Cooper in and remove the growth that same day, evaluated it and alleviated our concerns that it was a benign tumor. The fact that he was extremely joyous was an extreme blessing. Every member of the staff was wonderful also and showered Cooper with love. We cannot thank them enough for caring for our big ole Cooper!”

“Dr. Howell is the BEST! I just moved to town and my kitty wasn't well. They were able to get me in the same day I called. There was a waiting room available right when I walked inside. Dr. Howell was extremely patient, kind, listened when I spoke, and watched the videos I took of my kittys ailments. He took his time so I didn't feel rushed and is so genuine when asking/answering questions. The vet assistant Vicky was super kind and patient as well. I could tell my kitty was feeling much better very soon after the meds they gave her. The place feels homey, the prices are extremely reasonable, and the kindness of Dr. Howell and the staff can't be beat. I will not be seeing anyone else for my fur babies. You and your beloved pets are in great hands here!! I highly recommend!”

“Dr. Kathy is wonderful with our cat. She never rushes my cat and is able to get my cat to purr and relax before her examination. She is fair and honest when diagnosing your pet.
Previously we had gone to another office and was quoted over $2,000 dollars for blood work & dental cleaning… , I left that practice quickly. We learned the prior Vet had been recently purchased by corporate Vet care.
I brought my cat to Dr. Kathy and she gave my cat required immunizations. I asked her about my cat’s teeth and she stated no gingivitis a little tarter on one tooth. She prescribed adding in cat toothpaste and dental treats. My recent visit was less than $100.00.
