“We were in this Store Quest a few years ago, everything was great, clean attendants always here, we moved to a new warehouse because our publisher had space with his printer company, I told him from the start that he made a mistake, anyway took me two years to convince him to move warehouse operations back to Store Quest. Everyone happy now, drivers, delivery people, owners, it's the perfect spot for 18 wheeler deliveries, bathroom for drivers, gated entry, cameras everywhere, and most of all Rusty still here 15 years, very pleasant, and helpfull , Rusty runs a tight ship ! “I stopped by the Englewood Road (SH 776) store on 12/10/25 to get some info about U-Haul rentals, truck and flatbed tow. SAM was a complete font of knowledge and helpfulness. She had the correct answer for EVERY question, no matter how obscure, and gave me great advice. It calmed me down, and if you can make me feel calm, you're a magician! Anyway, she was pleasant and respectful. I did not check out the storage units, but the premises looks immaculate and is immaculate in the office area. THANK YOU, Ms. Sam! You rock! “First of all I would like to start that I absolutely recommend this storage facility! We initially purchased a non-climate control storage unit, but then we realized that we needed a climate control storage unit. I gave them a call and spoke to Bob, who was so incredibly friendly and welcoming. I explained my situation and he offered to just transfer me without an extra charge to a climate controlled unit. When I drove over there, Bob and I had the most amazing conversation and then he took me over to the unit, which I absolutely loved. Bob did the transfer within five minutes. I also love the fact that the place is a month-to-month rental, so there is no contracts. The facility is clean, and well kept, I feel very secure storing my things there. 100% recommend! Thank you Bob for the most wonderful customer service!”

James and Carl were exceptional—communicative, proactive, and genuinely helpful. They went above and beyond by even moving a small box of wood for us in the garage without hesitation. They kept us informed at every stage, updating us room by room as they completed the work. What stood out the most was how personable they were—making eye contact, staying upbeat, and bringing some lightheartedness to what is usually a stressful day. They gladly made adjustments as requested and ensured everything was handled with care.

“This is our first season with Elite Storage, and we are very pleased with the security, location, facility and manager. Lori, the Manager, does an excellent job of maintaining the facility and overseeing the security and day-to-day activities. She's readily available to help us with our questions. Regarding the facility, we appreciate having the gated access/security, the onsite dump station, water availability, restroom, and the 30A hook-up. The only concern we had - is the online insurance verification was/is difficult to use - unless you want to sign-up for their coverage... Overall, we are happy with our covered spot and hope to continue to use it for our motorhome.”
