“I stopped in today looking for a 10x15 unit and unfortunately that size was sold out. The manager mentioned they had some available at their other nearby property so I asked if I could see one first. He couldn't leave the site, and no one was at the other location because of call-outs. The district manager Zack happened to be on site and gladly offered to meet me there. After a quick 10-minute drive - he opened up the store went over my options with me and then showed me the unit. I can't express how grateful I am for this kind of service. Huge thank you to Zack for going above and beyond today and thank you for taking time out of your day!”

“Ethan was very informative and patient with changing the size of the unit I had ordered, even after already putting it all in the computer. As soon as I saw the one I booked I knew it wouldn’t be big enough. He helped me get a bigger one near my sister’s unit as well. It will be so much easier for us, as she is disabled and I always go with her to hers to help.”

“Our experience started with James, who guided us through the initial service review and contract setup. He was incredibly responsive, patiently answering all our follow-up questions over several days. James and Carl were exceptional—communicative, proactive, and genuinely helpful. They went above and beyond by even moving a small box of wood for us in the garage without hesitation. They kept us informed at every stage, updating us room by room as they completed the work. What stood out the most was how personable they were—making eye contact, staying upbeat, and bringing some lightheartedness to what is usually a stressful day. They gladly made adjustments as requested and ensured everything was handled with care. Having moved five times, I can confidently say this was one of the best moving experiences I’ve had. 5 Star Movers Sarasota truly set the bar high. Thank you both for making moving day feel smooth and even enjoyable!”

“First of all I would like to start that I absolutely recommend this storage facility! We initially purchased a non-climate control storage unit, but then we realized that we needed a climate control storage unit. I gave them a call and spoke to Bob, who was so incredibly friendly and welcoming. I explained my situation and he offered to just transfer me without an extra charge to a climate controlled unit. When I drove over there, Bob and I had the most amazing conversation and then he took me over to the unit, which I absolutely loved. Bob did the transfer within five minutes. I also love the fact that the place is a month-to-month rental, so there is no contracts. The facility is clean, and well kept, I feel very secure storing my things there. 100% recommend! Thank you Bob for the most wonderful customer service!”

“This is a great, affordable, easy to access storage facility. I have done business with them for years, and they have always been honest and accommodating to our families' needs. Pat, the lady in the office, is honestly the most wonderful, friendly, and helpful customer service manager in the world. Seriously. I don't think they require any long-term contracts if you are more temporary. They have inside units with air conditioning, outside units that cost less, and even parking places to store trailers or boats or vehicles. The hallways are always clean, and so are the restrooms. I have always felt safe there, with locked gates and security cameras that help keep out the riffraff. I would recommend to anyone looking for a short-term term or long-term storage rental in Venice, Nokomis or Osprey.”
