“Hi, good afternoon. I just want to leave a well deserved 5 ? to the whole staff of TD Bank branch located on 3785 N. Federal Hwy in Oakland Park, FL. I went there on 10/23/25 because I had an issue for almost 1 month with some balance transfers I did with the bank customer service credit department that they missed them up and couldn’t fix. I want to say “Thanks” to the professional, friendly and patient staff of this branch: Gary, Rafael, and Lauren because they did everything possible and fixed this problem that customer service created with my account. Gary, please give “thanks” to Jeremy (credit card services) for his help & support as well. I really appreciated it :-)”
“I have only ever used the ATM and had no issues. The street location is not ideal with traffic but not a deal breaker. Based on the reviews here it seems like the pace may need to be picked up on the inside.”
