“Unfortunately I needed to get my car towed last Saturday evening and Sals towing arrived not only within 15 minutes but the driver Jon was absolutely amazing. He actually dropped my husband and I off at our home then took the vehicle where it needed to be. He then texted me not only the pictures of the drop off location but pictures as well of the keys actually going in the night box for safety reasons !!! Wow.... Now thats EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE and we definitely need more Jon's in the world.”

“I had the BEST experience with M.A.S Towing Company! From start to finish, Alex went above and beyond with exceptional customer service. He was incredibly attentive, helpful, and made a stressful situation so much easier to handle. On top of that, the price was more than fair. If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would! Highly recommend this company — especially if you’re lucky enough to work with Alex.”

“I can’t say enough great things about Transmission Pro Total Car Care! They replaced the transmission in my 2022 Ford Bronco and absolutely knocked it out of the park. From start to finish, the entire job took about 3 days total, which was incredibly fast considering the size of the repair. Before bringing it in, my Bronco was hesitant when changing gears, had a noticeable delay shifting into reverse, and didn’t feel smooth—especially on a cold start. After the replacement, it drives like a brand new vehicle again. The shifting is smooth and precise, reverse engages instantly, and there’s zero hesitation even first thing in the morning. The difference is night and day. What really stood out to me was their honesty and professionalism. If you’re looking for an honest shop whose Google reviews truly speak for themselves, you’re at the right place. They communicated clearly, stuck to their timeline, and delivered exactly what they promised. On top of that, they were very affordable. They actually charged me less for a full transmission replacement than another shop previously charged me just to rebuild a different transmission. That says a lot. If you need transmission work done right the first time, Transmission Pro Total Car Care is the place to go. Highly recommend!”

“I’ve never had such a pleasant experience at an auto shop! I had a less than stellar experience at my local Volvo dealership which lead to me finding STP. I got many great recommendations and I’m so glad I found you guys! Thank you so much for your communication, transparency, honesty, and doing an all around wonderful job! I am so happy to know our family now has an auto shop we will use for all of our vehicle needs moving forward! You guys are a class act and I will send lots of people your way! And I love your cute mascot (dog)!”

“I could not be happier with the service I received from Don. Another shop told me my car needed over $2,000 worth of repairs. I brought it to Don for a second opinion, and after looking it over, he told me I only needed one repair — costing just $400. He could have easily gone along with the original estimate and made more money, but instead, he chose honesty over profit. That’s true integrity — something you don’t often find in auto repair. Don has earned my trust, my business, and my highest recommendation.”

“I have grown tired of bringing in my car to the dealership and when I went to fill up the car with gas, I spoke to Erik and found out that they could do oil changes, tire rotations, etc for far less and with the same quality. I was able to get an oil change on the spot,, and we also discussed how to maintain my car going forward. The personalized care is very nice and I found all the mechanics to be friendly and capable. I would highly recommend them”

“I lost the key for my 1997 Mercedes-Benz which is a right hand drive. I needed a new key cloned to my ignition switch. I contacted a number of people throughout Nassau and Grand Bahama in the Bahamas and could not find any one to do this job. Finally saw Sonic locksmith listed in Google search, contacted them and immediately was given a thumbs up that they could do the job. All I had to do was get it to them and within a few days my switch with a brand new key was sent back. Service was A+. Everything worked and they also helped me out with instructions. Great job! I will be recommending this company throughout the Bahamas and will definitely be using them again if need be!”

“These guys are great. We had originally gone to Ford across the street to get a diagnostic and eatimate. They did that, but the price was dealership astronomical. Called Margate Auto Repair and they quoted me significantly less for the same repair. They were easy to get to, had availability, were professional, and started work immediately. We had to have a fair amount of engine work done on our out of warranty Ford Edge (thankfully no engine replacement). They not only repaired our SUV with what we had brought it in for, they found and repaired some additional issues in the same area that we (and Ford) hadn't been aware of. They are an honest and straight up crew. I'd recommend bringing your vehicle here for a solid local experience and a legit honest repair shop. No games, no hidden anything, just straight up good work.”
