I met the assistant manager the other day and he’s a very nice gentleman, so they have great staff. They are always very very helpful. They always attend to me right away. Any questions I have they always answer them. This is a five star rated store. Thank you so much for always helping me and answering my questions.”

I went into the store multiple times as I just couldn’t seem to find just the right interior and exterior colors I wanted for my house. I had zero knowledge of undertones etc. They steered me in the right direction! I love my interior color and especially the combo Amy helped pick out that went with my new roof. They are so knowledgeable!”

“The location of the store is convenient. I was able to purchase what I needed online and pick it up at the store. My previous visit to this store was several years ago and the store was much smaller. My order wasn’t ready when I arrived despite receiving an email saying it was. I used the time to look around the store and enjoyed it. I also was helped by an employee buy some paint for concrete application.”
“Full disclosure, I own ColorWorx Painting. I visit this store 3 to 5 times per week, religiously. Even though I'm biased because we solely use BM paints at our company, we never have an issue here - NEVER. From customer service to the quality of their paint, nothing here to complain about. Benjamin Moore is known for a higher level of quality. The staff and owner here are parallel to our business model as well as the business model for BM Paints. We purchase more BM products than any other residential repaint company in the area. That being said, with this much volume, things could go wrong, right? Well, that's the complete opposite. Thousands of gallons and never an issue. Everything we purchase is matched correctly and the products are never an issue. The staff is topnotch and the owner, Steve, is one of the finest people I've ever met. I'm proud to do business here and I'm proud to be part of this family of paint and coating experts.”
“From day 1 I started going to Ace for bait to fish in the small lake in the back of my son’s house in Clermont my customer experience has been “Top Notch” from all of the employees there. My wife and I & my grandson came down a second time to Clermont to stay and of course we went to Ace for our bait. The gentleman I met the first time, Ryan, has been exceptional when it comes to customer service. After a few trips of getting bait, I had one mishap with the bait. I called and spoke to Ryan and advised me to come back on their next delivery of bait and he will take care of it. We’ll, this gentleman is a man of his word. I purchased some bait and he replenished the ones that where lost. Whenever I visit my family here in Clermont I’ll be coming to this Ace for all of my home, garden and of course my fishing needs. By the way my grandson caught a 6.9lb bass and I caught a 7.4lb bass using Ace shiners. Thanks again Ryan for everything you’ve done for me and my family during our stay in Clermont.”
“Delivered paint cans. Plenty of room to set up for the dock on 2nd street. Forklift driver was friendly and accommodating. Had me empty in 30 minutes. No problems getting here as long as you follow Turnpike to 50, left on Dillard St, right on E Maple St, and left on 2nd St. Wouldn’t hurt to have your tandems forward.”
