I spent the evening school shopping and OMG the staff especially PAULA were phenomenal. They made my teen feel like she was a celebrity. All the way to the checkout was a phenomenal experience. I absolutely love this store, I drove 45 minutes to exchange two pairs of jeans that I got as a gift for a different size and the guy there was so nice and accepted them without any problems I’m definitely going in there again
