“I visited the Ariat store in Ocala today and had an absolutely top-tier experience. I was assisted by two incredible women—a very tall, statuesque redhead and a beautiful blonde—who both did a bang-up job helping me get sorted.
I walked out with new paddock boots, half chaps, socks, and gloves, but more importantly, I left feeling like I’d been genuinely looked after. The engagement and the actual conversation made the whole process feel effortless and personal. It’s rare to find that level of attentive, professional service these days. If you’re looking for gear and want to be treated like a priority, these are the ladies to see. Five stars all the way.

“Came here with my husband to pick up some boots. Started off in men’s section and a young man named Abdiel was extremely helpful and knew his stuff!! I couldn’t say the same for the women’s side of the store. It was a lady who was very contradicting and danced around questions and seemed unsure of answers. The owner is a marvelous woman willing to help you out at all extremes! Very nice and helpful! Do yourself a favor and shop there, they have all the name brands for a fraction of the price! “I can’t believe the number of people who don’t know about this amazing locally owned boutique. I truly find an article every single time I walk in here so buyers beware! There’s a variety of styles and sizes for all tastes, both casual and dressy. They have accessories and under garments as well.
If you want high quality garments that will last, go check out the Pink Hanger. I’ve made my weekly purchase already but maybe I’ll see you there.”

“Can we talk about the Hair Salon! Most people do not realize that there is a hair salon in the store, it is really tucked back in a corner and deserves more space. My wife April, went to see Adam Knight at the salon. She is pretty particular about her hair and is a bit quiet. She and Adam hit it off, she loved her hair! I had him cut mine as well and he talked me into dying the grey out of my hair. I now have an appointment every 6 weeks. The man is amazing!!”

“Upon arrival, we were greeted by an exceptionally organized store. The establishment offers a wide selection of attractive hats and socks at remarkably affordable prices. The staff’s friendliness and professionalism were evident throughout our visit. Old Navy has undergone a significant transformation since its inception, and the quality of the clothing material has declined. Previously, the clothing was soft and very comfortable, but now it is not as good.”

“I’ve been to many lululemon stores across the country and this was by far the best lulu I’ve been to in terms of customer service. I had three employees ask me if I needed help, within ten minutes of being there. They got me different sizes to try so I didn’t have to go searching. Everything was very clean and well organized. 10/10 experience!”

“I went into the Snipes store up where I live because I was looking for a pair of NBA socks. (Actually I was just passing by and happened to see this store). I went in asked if they had any NBA socks and the girl said no. I looked around noticed some other NBA items. I saw some jerseys and looked at those. I didn't necessarily need socks, I was looking for some nba items (for a Christmas gift). I found some and asked if they were on sale and yes they were. It was priced at 50% off. I got it when the girl rung it up it was even less than I thought it would be. It had been marked down from the price that was showing on the tag. I only asked the one question about the jersey and didn't need any other help. The jersey was nice and it was liked. I was satisfied with the customer service.”
