“I visited the Ariat store in Ocala today and had an absolutely top-tier experience. I was assisted by two incredible women—a very tall, statuesque redhead and a beautiful blonde—who both did a bang-up job helping me get sorted.
I walked out with new paddock boots, half chaps, socks, and gloves, but more importantly, I left feeling like I’d been genuinely looked after. The engagement and the actual conversation made the whole process feel effortless and personal. It’s rare to find that level of attentive, professional service these days. “Came here with my husband to pick up some boots. Started off in men’s section and a young man named Abdiel was extremely helpful and knew his stuff!! I couldn’t say the same for the women’s side of the store. It was a lady who was very contradicting and danced around questions and seemed unsure of answers. Overall with the information Abdiel provided, we were able to make an informed decision.”
“Best place locally for military themed clothing and accessories! The quality of the clothing is excellent, especially their hoodies! The tee's are super soft and well made. They have something for every branch. The manager Kimberly is very friendly and super knowledgeable. I was dealing with my partner being deployed for the first time since we got together, Kim was amazing. She told me about local organizations that give support for loved ones of deployed soldiers. She would even ask my step-dad, who also goes there, how I was doing? She genuinely cares about her clientele. The best part is that it is veteran owned!”

I had three employees ask me if I needed help, within ten minutes of being there. They got me different sizes to try so I didn’t have to go searching. “I went into the Snipes store up where I live because I was looking for a pair of NBA socks. (Actually I was just passing by and happened to see this store). I went in asked if they had any NBA socks and the girl said no. I looked around noticed some other NBA items. I saw some jerseys and looked at those. I didn't necessarily need socks, I was looking for some nba items (for a Christmas gift). I found some and asked if they were on sale and yes they were. It was priced at 50% off. I got it when the girl rung it up it was even less than I thought it would be. It had been marked down from the price that was showing on the tag. I only asked the one question about the jersey and didn't need any other help. The jersey was nice and it was liked. I was satisfied with the customer service.”
